              On 07 March 2023, I started receiving calls from staff members at Kia of Abilene and as well as contacting members of my family. I received a multitude of messages from that car dealership in reference to my ex-wife trading in a vehicle. My ex-wife and I have been divorced for many years. All paperwork for any property was done through our lawyers at the time in the state of Texas. Two of the personnel said that they work in the financial department and i have their names upon request. The phone numbers that called me are 325*******, 325*******, and 325*******. The voice messages and text messages wanted me to take a picture of my driver’s license and send it to them. I am in the military and will not text strangers or anyone a photo of my identification. It’s even worse that I had no conversations with these individuals are tried to purchase a vehicle from this car dealership. What bothers me the most is that someone from that dealership called my sister and my mother (with the phone number of 325*******) inquiring about my personal information and if I had ever pawned anything for them to get my identification. I feel that my family and I have been getting harassed by employees of that organization.

              Purchased a new Kia Carnival from the Kia of Abilene Dealership in August 2023. While taking with the sales person, who isn't there anymore, we mentioned that we would like the side windows tinted and a trailer hitch put on for our bicycle rack. The Sales Manager was contacted and said that they could not put the hitch on due to warranty issues but that he could have the windows tinted. I have all the names but as a courtesy I will not post them here. The Sales Manager later asked me who I would like to use and I gave him the name of the company and he set up the appointment to have the windows tinted. This was after the purchase. He told me that I would have to pay for this and to get a receipt and they would cut me a check. It was $250 and I paid and have been trying to get a check out of them for over a month since then and still haven't been paid. Basically I love the car but so far not the customer care.
