    Selling cars and nor allowing anyone to test drive , and selling as is !

    In response to this complaint, our customers are more than welcome to test drive our vehicles if they have a valid drivers license and insurance.  And they are given the option to have someone with a valid drivers license and insurance drive them if they do not have those required items...  NO customers are allowed to test drive when it is raining due to insurance reasons.  but our customers are allowed to test drive multiple times if requested, we also encourage our customers to bring a mechanic to check out their vehicle before they purchase.  This file in particular was a layaway plan where the customer had over a week to come and inspect the vehicle before finalizing the purchase and when the customer came in to finish up his purchase he informed us that he was not able to get full coverage due to finances, so as a courtesy we allowed him 1 week ( As per his request) to obtain full coverage insurance on the vehicle.  While trying to contact him in regards to his breach of contract by not keeping his promise and providing us with full coverage insurance we also discovered that he was untruthful in the application process giving us a false address attached is our proof. and reasoning in repossession of the vehicle.
