      Williams Group Auto was the best used car buying experience I have ever had! They bent over backwards to get the best approval possible for my 2023 F-250. They even delivered the vehicle to me at no extra charge 2 hrs away. Thank you so much for being an honest family owned reputable business. I will never shop anywhere else.

      THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! DON'T BUY A VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE LEMONS! BOUGHT A CAR HERE WAS TOLD IT WAS THE NICEST CAR ON THE LOT, NOTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE, THE FIRST 15 MINS OF DRIVING IT OFF THE LOT I HAD LIGHTS ON MY DASH AND THE RPM'S GOING UP AND DOWN EVERY 3 SECONDS. IT TOOK THEM 3 DAYS TO PICKUP MY CAR AND WHEN THEY DID THEY DAMAGED MY CAR LOADING IT! THEY SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR AND SENT IT BACK( MY TRASMISSION WAS SLIPPING). WHEN I GOT IT BACK I HAD DAMAGE TO THE FRONT END AND THEY SAID IT WASNT FROM THEM, NOT PAYING FOR THE DAMAGE THEY DID. I RECENTLY GOT REAR ENDED AND COULD NOT GET THE VIN ON THE WINDSHIED TO WORK( NO INSIDE DOOR VIN) TURNS OUT THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN IN WRECKS AND HAD TO REPLACE THE DOOR AND REPAINT IT( NOT ON THE CARFAX) WHEN I CALLED TO CONFIRM OWNER WAS MAD AND NOT LETTING ME TALK HE WAS NO HELP!

      The company basically screwed me I tried to go back for rims being dented was told was my problem and then went back for a/c going out in first couple month and was told just had to reconnect the rigged up wire also was told I could trade in car for something newer in 5-12 month's and tried to go back to trade in was told I couldn’t trade in car from the same place I got it from and only 5k miles added to vehicle so now I’m upside down and they won’t even help me out
