I wanted to buy an office to start up my small business and purchased a plan with Regus online. They have repeatedly lost booking information, charged me for a booking fee and refused to refund because they "couldn't find my booking." I am a small business and the constant back and forth has caused me losses in my own time. I asked for the agreement to be terminated such they "stopped" the agreement from auto-renewing but stated since it was a signed agreement, I am required to pay. I only typed in my name into the agreement and did not sign it. They also have no way for me to see the agreement in which I "signed." When I tried to speak with someone, no one answers or they are hostile when I am trying to clarify information. Please see screenshots attached. I'm not looking to even be refunded, I just don't want to be charged for a service that wasn't fulfilled and is causing me distress.

I have been trying to cancel a $299/month "Virtual Office Membership" for over a month, since 10/4/2021. It is seemingly impossible to get his cancelled! I am not able to cancel thru the Regus website/portal, nor the Regus App on my iPhone. The buttons to cancel the membership simply do not work and provide an "error" message each time they are clicked. I have made multiple calls (10+), submitted multiple help/support tickets thru the customer portal and spent hours trying to get this cancelled. I have reached out multiple (10+) times since 10/4/2021 to the "Help Desk", which has proven to be a never-ending "Groundhog Day" that ultimately proves to be useless in finding a person that can get this resolved. Each time I am told that a "ticket" has been submitted and there is a "technical" issue and that someone will be contacting me to resolve the matter. Then, I hear nothing back and again must call in and start ot process over. I am never able to reach a manager or someone that has the authority/ability to get this cancelled. I have desperately tried to call the corporate office number (************) provided on the BBB website. Option #2 for Customer Service rings a few times then automatically hangs up on me each time. However, Option #1 Sales promptly reaches someone eagerly ready to make a sale...but when I inform them I am a current customer and needing help getting my membership cancelled...they can only direct me to the "Help Desk" that has proven useless. As another desperate attempt, I have literally contacted every available option (Legal/Marketing/Real Estate) that is provided at the corporate directory. I have now left messages at every possible extension...desperately pleading for someone to help! This is ridiculous and borderline criminal! I cannot get any help to cancel this membership and they keep billing for it! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

On 1/30/2021 I purchased an membership from Regus. Before purchasing the contract I spoke with a representative over the phone because due to how the contract was explained online it didn't appear that I could have unlimited guests at the office locations but was only limited to one guest per visit. I asked the rep specifically if I could have unlimited guests as my business relies on being able to meet with multiple clients at a location. Her response and I quote was "we understand our customers have to meet with their clients. You will be fine." This misrepresentation caused me to enter the contract when in fact you are limited to only one visitor per visit.

I signed a contract with Regus to lease a small office in Brookline, Massachusetts in 2017 and renewed my agreement for 2 years in 2019. I paid my monthly fees for four years including throughout the pandemic when Regus gave no relief to its customers regardless of the ability to use the office spaces. I fulfilled my contract to the letter, paying all invoices for four years and canceling my agreement more than 90 days in advance through their app. After I cleaned out, Regus charged me a $255 "restoration fee" for the office as per their contract. However, they have NOT returned my significant "retainer" even though their contract says they will return the retainer within 30 days of the end of the agreement, and that amount of time and more has passed. I have tried contacting them through any possible means without results; my retainer has not been returned. Regus is now in breach of contract. I need my retainer returned immediately. Attached invoices show paid retainer amounts.

I attempted taking a lease for my Business *********** with Regus as with other companies and while I thought I was signing a form from them to be able to check if they can lease an office to me, they turned my signature to an agreement to lease from March 2021 - February 2022. I told them then that my business is not doing well and will like to cancel to lease. They refused to let me cancel the lease and said even if I did, they will make me pay. So I moved in and paid them for 2 months as well as the 2 months advance they wanted. But I could no longer pay due to my business not making money as a result of the prevailing financial and covid crises in the country. Now, I have incurred several months of rent and they have sent several requests and I did promise them that I am working on it and will pay them as soon as possible since the lease does not end until Feb 2022. Now they have filed Collections against me to pay them for an entire year even for months I have not yet used.

I leased an office space from Regus on November 03, 2020. It is a one year lease. The term of the lease is from January 31, 2021 to January 31, 2022. The monthly payment is $242.44. According to my lease, Regus is required to provide internet connectivity in my office. On July 28, 2021, the internet was inaccessible because Regus was experiencing equipment problems. The internet remained inaccessible for several days well over a week. I asked Regus to prorate my lease because of the internet disruption. Regus refused to discount my lease for that month. Afterward, I asked Regus to terminate my contract. Regus would not allow me to cancel the contract. I am reaching out to the BBB to help me cancel my contract with Regus. This is not the first time Regus have had internet disruption. I would like to move my business to a stable internet service environment. My account number is **********

I signed an agreed to use this company's office rental service in Nov. and Dec. 2020. In Jan., 2021 I finished with that use and attempted to cancel per the agreement. The online account websit had an faq on how to cancel, the described "tab" did not exist. So, I sent numerous emails and calls to cancel. None of the emails were returned. The phone number listed on the website was never answered, so I could not leave a voice mail. I went to the actual facility in Encino and the office manager present told me that I could not cancel in person and that I had to use the website. I asked him to show me how to cancel on my laptop, and he could not find the cancel membership "tab". I then asked my bank to stop debit card payments to the account and investigate. That resulted in a refund. Now Regus has contacted me demanding payment because I never properly cancelled. Still today they cannot direct me to the "cancellation" tab on the website.
