    I purchased a 2016 corvette from them on 1/13/23 and added an extended warranty at the time they sold me through ************ for $3120.00 dollars. I sold the car on 3/1/23 and canceled the warranty as well so that I could get reimbursed for what was left off the prorated amount of the $3120.00 dollars gwc sent extreme sportscars back $2936.21 dollars that is owed to me on May second. Extreme sportscars sent me a check for $1209.11 dollars which is $1727.10 short the full amount of my warranty cancelation is owed to me as that is what gwc sent them to pay me. I want to resolve now before my attorney gets involved. I can't get the sales man or anyone at extreme sportscars to answer me. Thanks

    We sent 2 different checks to the customer, and they have been chased out. The difference in the amount are the Cancellations fees that were deducted from GWC.

    I am rejecting this response because:   they only sent me the second check because I threatened them with legal action against them from my attorney. They tried to pull a fast one and send me a check that was  $1700 dollars short of what they owed me thinking I did not know the difference! If that's not the case they would have sent the full amount on the first check not after calling and telling them my attorney would be getting involved if they didn't send me what they owed me. 3 days after telling them my attorney would be getting involved the balance owed mysteriously showed ** in the mailbox. Point is they tried to keep my other money and thought I would never know.

    We did what we had to do, One part of the refund comes from GWC and another from Extreme. as soon as we get the refund, we do the administration process to sent the refund. We use **** for our deliveries, if you said the check arrived next day it because we sent it with time. **** do not work next day when using stamp, it is regular mail.

    I am rejecting this response because:   you had no intentions to send the second check you thought you would pull a fast one thinking I had no clue what my refund amount should be and just send me a partial check at first instead of one check like it should be! I had to threaten to pursue legal action with my attorney to get you to send the second check of what you owed me. No need to try to explain your self to me its over and done now if you had intentions to send the full amount of what you owed me you would have on the first check all together and been done with it like every other dealership does one check to the customer.
