    I tried the 30 day free trial. I sent mutiple messages to the sales agent asking about functionality and never received responses. Despite them sending me requests to activate the software, which I never did, they automatically started charging my card. I sent multiple emails canceling the service to which they responded I have to call in to cancel the service but their phone lines do not work half the time. Their staff is rude. We decided to go with another software because of the poor customer service!

    I have been trying to contact SiteMinder since early May 2023. They fail to respond, or take my call then email to say they have closed the case. It is the MOST frustrating interaction I have ever had with a business. They are happy to keep collecting my money, but have no interest in resolving my query. I have never received an answer to my very simple question about their product/service, and they have continued to charge the credit card for a service that I have repeatedly indicated I do not want. I want meaningful contact with the company and a refund of all charges since May 2023.

    Siteminder.com hosts our website for last few years. Unfortunately, they have disconnected our website without our knowledge and collecting payment regularly causing ** significant loss of revenue and inconvenience for our guests. In hospitality industry, summer is prime time and most of advertising, online promotion is based on our domain name / website that drives revenue. Because of SiteMinder's negligence, we lost over $ ******* in revenue and we are unable to reach anyone for last several weeks. Yesterday, with great difficulty, we were able to chat with someone offshore with no knowledge (transcript attached).Company is collecting payment every month ( copy of Invoice attached) yet no one in the company can find our account, or provide service for payment collected. Our website www.themontclerhotel.com is gateway to our business. Please help us.
