SCAM COMPANY. Predatory. Misleading. Disgusting. Pathetic. I agree with the majority of these reviews, what a disgraceful company attempting to obtain business through despicable means of deception. This isn't the only company by any means doing this type of dirty work. If you call them, they are incredibly disrespectful once they realize they didn't trick you into giving them business. They are in the same field as the fake ********* scams and gift card creeps preying on innocent and kind people. Plus, they try to type their company name in the smallest font possible so the average person couldn't read the actual name of the company to look them up, else they would quickly realize how stupid the fake letters are. Hopefully people hear "extended warranty" and already realize the idiocracy of these putrid companies. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Don't forget to check on your elders and non-tech-savvy friends; these slimy scumbags try to prey on them first.

Warranty Global Group is a predatory company. Today we received a letter from them stating that our home warranty was either about to expire or had already expired (shouldn't they know which one if they really knew something about it?) and we don't even have a home warranty. They also said that our home warranty was secured by ****** *** through our mortgage (and we don't have a mortgage with ****** ***). Normally, I would just trash an obvious scam letter like this and not think twice about it. But what upsets me about this particular tactic is that with the increase in title theft, it makes you question whether someone has illegally taken out a mortgage on your home! Companies like this ought to have their business licenses revoked.

This company preys on elderly people by selling policies that are not necessary and are very expensive. Their employees call and harass people and send false marketing materials about home warranties expiring when in fact the homeowner doesnt even have a warranty with them. They lie and mislead people and use tactics to confuse the vulnerable. The BBB should reconsider how they rate businesses who harass and prey on the elderly. Shame on you BBB for not updating the rating since 2015. With the number of complaints the BBB have in file with this company its evident this is not an A+ rating company and it needs to be adjusted to the lowest rating in order to protect consumers.

Continue sending letters after asking them to STOP, This is Harassment. Received one 2 days ago and I called and asked them to stop mailing, received 1 today, plain old HARASSMENT. Something needs to be done to stop this.

Deceptive, dishonest, falsified, fake, tricky, pressure slanted, slight of hand, copy catted, solicitations. Why trust such a dishonest non integrable Co with your ins needs? It all starts with their deceptive methodology and terminology.

My complaint with the Better Business Bureau is also against the "GLOBAL WARRANTY GROUP". I received an unwanted request for home warranty from ******* HOME GUARD, HOME WARRANTY DIVISION " via the mail. Totally a scam. Sent to my address but with my daughter's name... who has been deceased for 3 and a half years. Unmitigated grief and pain at seeing this. I will contact *** attorney general office, consult an attorney and file charges of harrassment if I received another mailing from them. Negative star rating

This is the worst warranty that a person can buy. They had a person come out to look at my refrigerator, he was very unprofessional telling me if it was a different brand he would have walked out. The technician that looked at my refrigerator he seen what the problem was. He said he would report it, to the insurance company and get the parts, then fix it. I've been calling every week no answer from the technician, he just stopped answering the phone. Then when I called the warranty company they telling me they trying to contact him and he's not calling them back. It's over 3 weeks and they have not solved the problem or send nobody to come fix the refrigerator. They giving me the runarounds. you pay your money for the service and they don't want to do nothing to get anything fix in your home. I will not recommend this company for anybody to purchase. you better off going through somebody else. Now I'm just waiting for them to respond back cuz I have to escalate it to corporate

My complaint with the Better Business Bureau is against the "GLOBAL WARRANTY GROUP". I received an unwanted request for home warranty from the "US HOME GUARD, HOME WARRANTY DIVISION " via the mail. I called the contact number provided to have my information removed from the company's mailing list. The company's agent was "TOTALLY OBNOXIOUS", he was determined to explain the need for warranty protection on my home. Really, OBNOXIOUS, does not come close to the way that I was HARASSED. I am filing this complaint to make the BBB aware of this situation.

From the format and information in the letter, sent to me, this company appears to be a complete scam. FINAL NOTICE and IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED is a sure sign of a scammer! Would like to see this company be investigated by the Texas Office of Consumer Affairs.

My clients recently moved into their home. As they were moving in they noticed the hot water tank was not working. They called customer service and were able to get someone out within a couple hours. There was a bit of confusion and high emotions but Tim our sales rep stepped in and made the rest of the transaction smooth. He personally checked to make sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond with his service. I am grateful that Tim and Global Home Warranty were able to handle my clients and make sure their continuing needs will be met. In a tough situation, I am grateful that I went with Global Home Warranty and Tim P***** has given us a peace of mind.
    Regards,
