I live in ***************** home community managed by ROOTS MANAGEMENT. *** lived here since 2016 and now Im trying to sell my mobile home because the community management is trash and need to be removed. the community manager ***************************** has been lying to myself, my agent and potential buyers Ive had view my home and shared interest in purchasing. On 4/16 she called me to tell me my rent for ***** was late. I told her that I was in the middle of selling my home and my agent had been trying to email and call the office and theyve never responded prior to 4/16. She lied and said that she had been helping people in the office that were interested in buying my home that was never brought to my attention or my agent. THAT SAME DAY a potential buyers agent came and looked at my home and went to the office to get more information and while my agent was on SPEAKER PHONE with the buyers agent, ********* lied and said that she had not spoken to me and didnt know I was selling my home. Then another buyer submitted an application and the office never processed it nor did they refund him his money back. Theyve been overcharging for water and trash and finding ways to put a fee on everything. Then while in the mist of me selling, ********* is trying to evict me and a few other OWNERS so she can FREELY take possession of our homes and rent them to tenants to make more money. I WAS ONLY ONE MONTH BEHIND AND WAS NOT AWARE THERE WAS A PAYMENT PLAN. But she filed an eviction and found a way to charge me and additional $200. When they tried to file an eviction before the fee was only $150. Ive tried to get in touch with roots management to have someone call me immediately about these issues but they have not returned any calls or answered my request. Im concerned these people are all in cahoots in stealing and charging higher fees from black owners which is why no one has called me back in two weeks.
