      Buddy Moving was a great company for my move. I have zero complaintsthey were on time, with no hidden fees and were exactly what I wanted on moving day. Save the stress and use Buddy Moving for a seamless experience that wont break the bank.

      I initially gave Buddy Moving a good review. After unpacking we noticed some things missing. We called to report things that were missing, we got the run around. We submitted police report after we found out my Wife's air pods were pinging at a residence in ******. I went to the address listed as there office, no office. The receptionist said there were numerous people who had came there to complain about Buddy Moving. Anyways I would not recommend Buddy Moving to anyone.

      This was one of the worst companies Ive ever hired first off. They told me a time between one and two they got there at 2 oclock. It was two guys and they took 30 minutes just to move one end table. I felt like they were lollygagging because it was only two females there, then they didnt wrap any of my furniture up my furniture along the way he had dragon on the ground saw scraped up. I had a 65 inch TV that they totally damage even sit down when I talk to the claims department hes gonna try to only offer me $36 for 65 inch TV that his workers clearly Broke they were very unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this company at all. This is the worst moving company ever then when you try to call back, they pretend like they cant find your number. They cant find your email when I clearly just use this company staff is so unprofessional when they answer the phones company ever.

      As many others have detailed, this business is unethical, unprofessional, and disturbingly negligent. The move cost me over $1,000, with an additional ~$1,500 in damages to my property. What's more troubling than the damages is the blatantly disrespectful nature of their response.Upon filing the damage claim, I made it clear that I wasn't willing to accept the state-mandated minimum damage reimbursement. The primary damage wasn't the result of a simple accident; it was flagrant negligence that I directly witnessed.I would've happily attended mediation and accepted the outcome. Unfortunately, the manager handling the claim seemed less interested in reaching a professional resolution. State regulations require the moving company to either deny your claim or provide a settlement offer within 90 days. 80 days after I submitted the claim and 74 days after our final correspondence, where the manager said they would "diligently review" the claim, I finally heard back. Seventy-four days of diligent review where they didn't assess the damages or contact me. This seems like a vindictive and childish retaliation to my intent to pursue mediation.Finally, the settlement offer, provided after 74 days of "diligent review," arbitrarily subtracted 36% of the estimated weight. More troubling is the fact that they presented the total weight as an established fact, neglecting to point out the discrepancy.This is the only time I have ever felt compelled to write a review, but I feel the need to warn others about the kind of people you're considering entrusting with all of your belongings. They don't care about you or your stuff. Don't take my word for it though; I'm attaching all of the correspondence between myself and the manager regarding the damage claim for you to draw your own informed conclusion.Lots of content omitted from this review due to character limit.       I wish I could give zero stars. First, our movers didn't show up and didn't call to let us know they weren't coming. After they were 2 hours late with no communication, I called the office who gave us our lead mover , *******, contact info. We got in touch with ******* who claimed the truck broke down and they were getting it fixed. I get it, things happen, but a call would've been nice. He then proceeded to tell us at 5 pm that they were getting their other client moved and they would be on their way soon after since they were in the same city. 2 hours go by, still no *******. I call and he proceeds to say they he is now in a totally different city getting his client moved. Ok cool. Said he was still coming. Another 2 hours pass and still no *******. At 10 pm at night, he claims he is on his way to our home to move our things. Ok great, except he never showed up. I was 6 months pregnant at the time and had to sleep on the floor due to his lack of getting the job done. He could have just told us that we needed to reschedule instead of continuously telling us he was on his way, only to not show up. The next day, I was contacted by the office to offer their apologies. They told me that we were his only client that day so there was no reason he should've gotten behind with his "previous client." They proceeded to offer to move us for free, but we had already hired another company and moved because we had to be out of our old home ASAP . I booked this reservation in advance, and got completely screwed by them. I incurred unexpected costs because of this.. It has taken me 6 months to finally write this review because I was so incredibly angry and still am, but can finally breathe about it. I am a VERY understanding person and I know things happen. Until I am lied to and stood up.

      Unprofessional, unprepared, unethical, unresponsive, and dishonest. 3 hours late.Worse experience EVER! No communication. No show. Unprofessional. Unprepared and bd face liars. I had to finish the move myself. I wish I could upload pictures. *** and his team are the most unprofessional. 3 hours late with a bad attitude. Took 7+ hours for a 2 bedroom 2 bth. One guy quit in the middle of the service. The remaining guy complained the entire time. Screws were stripped from furniture that had to be disassembled. They ran out room for my tvs and glass tops and several boxes. and promised to come back Sunday to finish and reassemble and distribute beds,boxes and furniture upstairs in my new house......NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER CALLED. I HAVE FURNITURE IN MY GARAGE. I HAVE A WASHER MACHINE SITTING IN THE MIDDLE OF MY KITCHEN, NOT IN THE UTILITY CLOSET WHERE IT BELONGS! I did call/text a few times Sunday morning to inquire about their whereabouts and what time they were coming since they never showed up as promised at 1pm. I kept getting the runaround and realized i have to finish the job myself. I had to fi ish moving my belongings from the old house to new house and the reassemble all the beds. Reassemble the dryer. I am still trying to move the washer from the kitchen and my bedroom furnitre from the Garage. I dont even have time to talk about how *** accused me of trying to "RUN OFF AND NOT PAY". ****** for nothing. Small claims court.....here i come!

      Warning - Not a good experience, Company is not customer service oriented. I would rate a zero if I could. The staff making the initial reservation was quick and responsive. When I called back on to update the moving date from 9/18/22 to 9/22/22, no one picked up. I left a voicemail, but the movers were never updated. Therefore, they showed up on the wrong day. They did a walkthrough of my small two-bedroom apartment and said the move should take about 4 hours tops. With that being said I budgeted for 6 hours. When the moving day came, there were two movers, however, the lead mover (******) was NOT professional. He wasted time and he complained the entire time. The way he packed things broke my television, destroyed my daughter's computer and damaged other things. A move that should have taken "4 hours tops" ended up taking 12 hours. I was charged over $2000. I was charged 4 times what it should have been. more than what it should have been. I had to reach out to the company 3 times before I was told how to make a claim and told it would take 90 days to assess. Even though I provided details, pictures and costs proving damages exceeded $1,400, after 90 days they said they typically only reimburse about $100. After expressing being insulted by that, I have not heard ANYTHING from them since 12/5. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company. Would NOT recommend this company. They really don't care about the customer.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. A week prior to making a 17+ hour drive from Florida to Dallas with my 13 year old daughter I scheduled a move for July 25th and was given an arrival window of 1pm - 3pm. Nobody called me to follow up with an estimated time of arrival so I had to keep calling to check in the mover said he was stuck on another job only to later advise he won't be coming another crew would be coming. Got a call from the other crew at 7:38pm advising he was 15 mins away didn't arrive until 8:15pm. They started about 8:30pm my storage facility closes at 9pm they didn't get all my belongings because they were too tired and hungry so they would come back the next day. Before heading to drop off my belongings they advised they would be making a stop to grab food first because they hadn't eaten all day by this time it's almost 10pm. When they started the move they advised they were too tired to move my heavy furniture upstairs with out damaging it so asked if they can move it the next day when they return. I advised I needed my bed so my daughter had somewhere to sleep they just put everything else in the garage with no organization. The next day I am expecting a call between 1pm - 3pm nobody called so I called then emailed asking Trenton to call me. He advised he didn't know they didn't finish I wasn't on the schedule for today he could send someone back in the morning, but I'd have to pay the normal rate. I told him I'd be contacting a lawyer for pain and suffering they didn't finish the job and it's not my issue or problem his crew was tired and complained the entire time that they were sent instead of other crews that were dismissed early. Absolute nightmare of a situation and bad business all the way around they left me out to dry with no care in the world. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

      This company damaged my est 9 month new Samsung refrigerator that I paid my hard earned money for. We are sooooooo disgusted. To make matters worst, and to add insult to injury this company had the nerve to charge my husband's bank account credit card an additional $700.00 dollars after the company damaged my Samsung refrigerator. The entire move was just a hot mess. One of the drivers was caught hiding in a closet because he was dizzy. One mover representative took several breaks. My husband used this company due to the high ratings,but it was an awful selection. I have NOTHING positive to say about this company. I want my Samsung refrigerator replaced. That is the only solution. I do not a refund, again I want my Samsung refrigerator replaced with a new Samsung refrigerator. I want anyone who will need a mover to read this review before selecting this company. I am an Investigator on behalf of the U.S. Government. I only added my title because I want perspective individuals to understand, this is a real and honest review.

      I received one email from your company. I am extremely upset. I saved my money to purchase my dream refrigerator. I have not completed any paper work because your company have not provided any refund. Your representative expressed this will be completed within 3 business days. This has not happened. Furthermore, my bank confirmed your company tried to take $ 1500, $1000, and then your company finally took $500 and then an additional $ 200.

      I do not believe a darn thing about your company. These transactions overdrew my account $700. Your company must correct this. In addition to my refrigerator . That same refrigerator has increased in price since we purchased the refrigerator. The entire experience has been awful.
