I was living in rock canyon apts Building 1019. My lease was up in November. My account was overpaid more than $800 because they told me I needed to pay for my last bill which I did. It's now February 18th I still haven't received my check. Also talked to multiple different employees. One told me it was cut on the 20th. the other told me they sent it to the apartment, which is odd because why would they send a refund check to the apartment that I needed the refund for. Im tired of repeating myself to the same company, that isnt doing anything . Its been more than four months and i'm still missing my check.

I ordered a wideband AFR Gauge from vivid racing website. And in the description it plainly states that it comes with AFR Gauge, weld in BUNG,and Bosch 02 sensor. When. My package finally arrived it only had the 02 sensor in it, no gauge and no weld in BUNG. I sent the company an email trying to resolve the issue and get my gauge that I payed for and they clearly had listed. So the company emails me back and says that the part that I payed for was only the 02 sensor and not the gauge. I emailed back (with pictures from their site) showing them that the description clearly stated that the gauge comes with the 02 sensor and after that I have yet to hear back from them. Can you please help resolve this issue and get me what I payed for and what they have labeled on their site.

I moved in to **** apartments July of this year. Since moving in I have dealt with months of unaddressed plumbing issues and sewage buildup flooding my floors. It has gone on so long that the dishwasher that hasn't worked since I moved in has developed mold (it is still there) due to water backing up and overflowing through it and I have lost numerous personal items due to the backup being grease related. The building and complex are in violation of many state codes in Nevada and sites being short-staffed as the reason work orders go months without being addressed. Upon request of my walkthrough documents, I found that they were never filed and copies were never made even though I emailed them by the end of July addressing concerns and requesting a status update on the items that have not been addressed. I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old. I have given maintenance permission to enter and they don't. I was offered a credit for $250 off of my rent. Then came home to the apartment flooded again after a day of working. I can not utilize my kitchen and have had to through away most of my items in there due to a recurring issue on the premises. There are numerous other complaints I have as well.

I was living at ********* for 2 years, I moved in on Oct 12, 2019. Upon move in I paid $1,863.00 to move into my unit. On September 4, 2021 I moved out of my apartment and was told by Rafael that upon move out we will need a forwarding address or the refund check will be sent to the management office. I was told the check should be received within 30-45 days after move out. I didn't have a forwarding address at the time so when I received one I sent an email to verandahs emailing my updated address only 5 days after I received my final account statement with the refund amount of $769.24 I sent the email on Sept 21 2021 with my updated address, but I received no response. I then followed up with a phone call speaking to Connie about the refund check status after reaching out via email to the property manager, with no response. Connie told me that the check is not there and to check back in next week. I then began following up with verandahs in the beginning of October with 1-2 phone calls a week speaking with primarily Connie, every time I would ask for a update I would get the same repetitive response to keep an eye out because she's unsure where it is but she will see. Upon calling weekly, my calls were getting ignored & I had to call off of other numbers just to get an answer. Eventually I received a email from Amber the manager saying it was sent off on sept 21st, I called them back on October 22 because the check had yet to be received. Still getting a unsure response, I asked if there was a tracking number or some sort of proof that they check was made, but they were unable to provide the information. Connie said that they will be able to put a stop payment to the check and express mail it to my updated address, with proof of tracking number. I accepted that offer so it wouldn't delay the process. Waiting for the check for an additional week after the phone call I emailed Amber for an update because I have yet to receive my refund, but I received no response.
