On August 1st I ate at Razzoos Cajun Cafe with 4 coworkers. Two coworkers ended up not paying the bill and I ended up being fraudulently charged the entirety of the bill.Initial Complaint

On January 12, 2023, I paid $32.99 for my meal to go. When I got home and began eating my meal it was missing ingredients. I called the store and spoke with ****** (Mgr) who said that they make the dish early in the morning-I was expecting it to be fresh-and I must have gotten a "bad batch". She offered to remake the meal, and requested that I bring the order back. I asked if I could just get something different and she told me that I could but I would have to pay the difference. I shouldn't have to pay anything else considering I had to make another trip to the restaurant. Once I get there, the hostess gives me the bag with my food. The manager or anyone else never came out to give an apology, refund, nothing to accommodate me for the inconvenience. I called the corporate office and left a message. Someone called me back and stated that we are all human and make mistakes and they will address the matter with the Area Manager and make sure they receive proper training. ******'s used to be one of my favorites but I will not ever spend another dime of my money with this business. Although it is true, we all make mistakes, customers should be handled with exceptional care since we are paying our money. I could have went somewhere else but I chose ******'s. Each time I try to place an order the money is pending from my account and they say they dont have my order. Get to the restaurant and customer service is horrible. Employees just walked right by you. This company has gone downhill.Initial Complaint

June 01, 2023, my daughter and I stopped for lunch at Razzoo's. Ordered 1 - catfish basket with a drink and 1 catfish dinner with water. The original ticket was $32.99. I paid $15.00 for the catfish basket and drink. Swai fish was served instead of Catfish. According to the *** Swai Fish cannot be sold under the name of "Catfish". Within ***** minutes of eating the fish, I began having an allergic reaction (itching, watery mouth, and cough). I motioned for the server (*****) and asked him what type of fish we were served. His first response was catfish. I asked him again, informing him that I am allergic to Swai fish. He then informed me that the company serves Swai to cut costs and said, "Everyone does it". I asked him to get his manager. I heard him speaking with the manager and told him that I needed a refund for my portion due to my allergy. The manager then asked *****, "Why did you tell them it was Swai?". ***** said, "I'm not going to lie to them". I informed the manager of my allergy in which he proceeded to ask me if I was allergic to all freshwater fish. He then asked if I would like something else from the menu. I told him I wasn't feeling well and would like my ticket. He walked away with no further response, brought me a new ticket, and turned away. Not once did he apologize or ask if I needed emergency services.After leaving the restaurant and heading home I became very ill (nauseated and lethargic). I stopped at the closest medical facility on my way home to receive immediate medical attention. Additionally, my gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) was aggravated by the allergic reaction to the fish causing diarrhea and nausea for 4 days, with an increase of prescribed medication of Dexilant.I did not receive a response from ******'s; however, in August, I was contacted by, *********************, with Nationwide. Went to *********** in ********, ** and after getting our food, big and small roaches started crawling across the table and on the floor. One even crawled on to the plate of food. The waiter seen the roaches and went to get the manager. They suggested we move tables. We wanted to leave without paying but that was not a option. So they got us more food and we took it to go. My family placed a to go order today 6/20/23 at approximately 4:45 pm . Upon arrival at home I opened my plate and noticed I have a fly half way baked into my bread that was served with my to go meal. When I noticed and contacted the store and explained the circumstances and expressed I wanted a refund . I was rudely advised the store manager would not be able to help me until tomorrow. I asked for a corporate number and was given an invalid phone number . I only was able to find a corporate number in ******** My family is not interested in getting any replacement items due to the nature of our complaint . A proper acknowledgement apology and refund are due . If Im required to drive back to that location a second time to return said food I need additional reimbursement for all the time and energy spent in dealing with this in addition to my travel time there and back 2 times.Initial Complaint

I bought 3 catfish platters for 3 people yesterday from this location in ********,TX. The food was not fresh at all. It tasted like it was cooked in old grease. It made us sick. I called this location and let the manager know and she had an attitude and would not refund my 4 catfish platters. I have the food here, I told her I can bring it back up to the restaurant. She refused to rectify this. She had a nasty attitude. She does not care about losing customers. There are a few workers (server) that have a positive Covid test currently working. This is unsanitary and exposing ink lice T people to this virus. They are not even wearing mask. I made the manager aware of this situation and she shrug it off.Initial Complaint

I had a bad experience at The Razzoos located in **************************************** on May 23, 2022 around 8pm. I experienced a bug in my second refill of a non alcoholic drink and who knows what else me or my accompanying partner consumed before I noticed the bug. I alerted my server and she too noticed it once I pointed it out to her. I asked for the manager and her response was "it most likely came in through the window from outside." I didn't expect to pay for bugs and I didn't think was a liable excuse for something they should've caught prior to serving the drink. Employee **** was my server who was more than helpful however she wasn't in charge so she couldn't assist me any further. With that being said the manager couldn't seem to do anything but say they bug came from outside and removed $3 from my $50+ bill.
