A well rock cover was ordered on October 30,2021. Credit card was charged and receipt was sent. After weeks of waiting for delivery an email was sent to inquire and return email was sent to wait 6-8 more weeks. Numerous emails and calls have been made since and no response from company. Purchased materials from this supplier of Dekorra Model 111 septic riser covers on September 21, 2021. Received email confirming purchase...and had $388.70 charged to my ***** Fargo Credit card. Called again in October...and was told that the pandemic was causing the initial delays. Emailed supplier again on November 10th,2021. Received email back suggesting that T.G. Wastewater still could not identify an ETA DUE TO THEIR SUPPLIER (Dekorra). Tried emailing and Phone calling (over 100 times) since; and the company has not replied to either. This has occured now for several MONTHS.Please know that I have the initial email document showing my payment to this company and can provide this to the BBB upon request to definitely assist in receiving my payment back.Please also know that my wife ******* has had some significant illnesses that this money could assist us with her doctor ****** medicines, etc.Thank you for any assistance you can provide,******************* ************Business response

******, I do apologize for the late response, however our company has had significant issues. Not only did our supplier not have inventory until only recently which is Dekorra. One of our partners was involved in a lawsuit concerning a copyright dispute for our website, after the very costly matter was settled he left the company with the other partners left holding the bag and responsibility for legal expenses. This forced layoffs and forced us to relocate to our old facility this was a time consuming endeavor and being short staffed forced us to have a very slow response time as many people were calling about these rocks. They simply were not available I received an email at the end of March to inform me that they now had most of the items in stock. We did get behind on payments to them as we have many people asking for refunds. They were completely paid off and as of yesterday I asked the owner if we could continue shipping again because these products are drop shipped directly from them. I am waiting for a response as we have many customers that have been patiently waiting for these products and we would like to fulfill all the orders that people have been waiting on and stop hemorrhaging money doing refunds. Thank you.

I ordered a product February 20th of this year and the money got taken out the next day and it's been over a month, and I have not received my product. I have left a few emails and every time I call, I don't get an answer. At this point I would like to receive a refund for my product. I have an E-receipt and a picture of the money transaction on my bank statement when it got taken out.Initial Complaint

On 8/1/2021, I ordered a DeKorra Model 117 fake rock. TG Wastewater website showed they had them in stock. They charged my Discover card that day for $233.67. To date, I have not received the rock. I have spoken with them and emailed them, and they kept saying it was Dekorra's fault because they were behind in production. (Yet TG Wastewater website showed they had them in stock.). I eventually called Dekorra. They said they had them in stock and that I should cancel my order with TG Wastewater. I have send 3 Emails and attempted to contact them by phone. I ordered two septic tank risers from tg wastewater on 07/30/2021, order number is *********. Order delivered on 08/03/2021. The invoice stated the size ordered, but the risers that were delivered were not the right size. I obtained a return shipping label, and sent them back. I have tried repeatedly to contact them and get answers regarding when the proper size risers will be shipped to me. Any phone interactions were not helpful. In addition, two weeks after the initial order, my credit card number was stolen. I cant prove that the credit card theft is directly related to the order, but I mention this in case others may have had similar problems with this company. I did recover the loss from the card theft, but had to change my card number, etc.I would like one of the following outcomes. They contact me, stating when they are planning on shipping the items in my original order, or they give solid reasons why they cant, based on problems with suppliers etc., and assure me that they will send the items that I paid for in some reasonable amount of time. Or they send me a refund. This would need to be in the form of a check, as I am reluctant to send them my new credit card number. I ordered parts from T.G. Wasterwater on September 22, 2021. I called their "Customer Support" number on the website, but received no answer. I sent an email (the Customer Support portion of their website didn't work) asking for an update as well. I called a different number I found on their ******** page on October 5, 2021 and talked with "*****" who advised me that they had just received one of the parts in that I had ordered and would be sending the order out that day. I received a reply to my email the next day informing me the same information, but also asking if I wanted a refund. I replied immediately that I needed the parts, and to continue processing the order. I tried to contact the company leaving a message on October 21, 2021 to inquire the status of the order, but no response. I sent left a message today, November 1, 2021 on both phone lines, but still no response.I understand an extended waiting time for parts, but the level of unprofessionalism maintained with this company borders on intentionally defrauding people after reading similar reviews. Since they have not been able to provide any products within a reasonable amount of time, nor any updates as to the status of the order, I need a full refund immediately. I would also like to see the ************** and the ****************** investigate this business as these persons seem to be involved in purposely defrauding people or other nefarious acts.Initial Complaint

Online purchase from tgwastewater.com 1- Tuf-Tite24" Flat Lid, $61.99 on 09/18/21. Payment was made via PayPal. It was supposed to ship in 5-8 business days and still says "Processing" on the website as of 10/22/21. I sent email asking for update, received no response. Called 3 times. First time I did reach a person who said I would receive the shipment in the next week. That was 2 weeks ago. Subsequent calls, nobody answers. I left a message to call me back last week but still have not received a call back.They still have the BBB Accredited logo on their website. This is part of why I ordered from them. Now I see they have lost accreditation. So that is false advertising. Don't you check their website after they lose accreditation?
