I started a referral program with paynada. When I initially started, I addressed with the sales person (******) my concerns about the company, i told him that the ****** reviews were awful and I was worried about it. he stated that the company had made changes in management and to not pay attention to those reviews because they had already worked on those. I trusted what he said and went along. He offered $500 per account referred by me and also stated that My business account will also count as a referral, they ended up paying me $200 for all 3 referrals.... I started the credit card processing with this company, the machines didnt work so i sent them back. they sent me a terminal which i returned and decided to stay with a "payanywhere terminal" They sent me terminals 3 times and they didn't work so i decided to discontinue service, after various attemps and trying to get a resolution and so I requested a ***** label to the manager ****** and I was never provided it. I sent her a message to address the matter and she didnt respond, someone else named ****** did, ****** stated that the $895 dollars that I had been charged for would not be refunded I told her that I requested a return label that i did my due diligence and that was not on me. She sent me a label to return the equipment and stated that they would only return $600. so they are still charging me for the equipment and want me to send it back. The referrals that i sent to paynada is also having issues this company is not trust worthy and doesnt do business the right way.I have emails, records of phone calls with long hours of trying to communicate with their customer service to obtain a resolution for their non-working machines.
