July 14th - Need picture of cabinet doors to match the design. I sent them.
July 28th - I texted him, asking for an update.
August 11th - He texted, saying that the panels were ready and would deliver.
That day, he was paid in full.
Sept. 29 - I texted him to ask about the dishwasher panel. His response was "Will Do Soon"
Oct 7th - I texted him, wondering when he would come measure for the dishwasher.
I mentioned that it was a time factor, because the Painters were coming November 1st.
Oct 7th - The refrigerator was being installed that evening and the panels do not fit.
Oct. 11 - He said that he would come by later. He stated that when the installers come back, to call him and he would come over.
Oct. 20 - Ferguson came out to determine the problem. I let Mr. M***** know that they would arrive in the next 15 minutes Instead of coming out, he decided to talk to the Gentleman from Ferguson. The guy stated that the measurements were off and gave Mr. M***** the measurements.
I asked that he come back and get the measurements, again. He stated, "I correct, I install"
I asked him when he would come back.
Oct 23 - texted him to find out when he was coming over.
Oct. 27 - texted him, again. He said that he would be over this morning. He took the measurements and said that he would be back in the afternoon. He never returned. Said that he is working.
Oct. 29 - Texted him, again. I told him to set an appointment for Monday to come out. He said 8am. He thought the appointment was Sat. and texted that he was running errand and would be late. I told him that our appointment is for Monday.
Nov. 2 -This goes on and on. He says that he will be out, when he has the time.
Nov. 12 - Still have not heard from him. I'm having to find someone else to make these panels and pay, again.
