            I took my 15 year old dog in on Sunday 12/12/2021 to be euthanized peacefully and humanely. My dog had had a stroke, was lethargic, and had multi organ failure. They tortured my pet! I have had 3 other pets euthanized and this experience was horrific. They gave my dog a "sedative"?? They caused her so much pain that she screamed and tried to bite the vet. Mind you she was very very sick. Thats not peaceful and humane. I have never seen so much pain inflicted on an animal by a licensed individual. True I am upset that my pet has passed, but I am TRAUMATIZED that she was tortured. Mind you I have been through this before and NEVER has my pet screamed or tried to bite the vet. My pet in all her 15 years never even tried to bite anyone, That was not her nature. No pet owner should have to endure the extra heartache of seeing their pet being tortured in their final moments! This is not NORMAL treatment. This practice should be stopped immediately. Other vets seem to perform this procedure peacefully and humanely. There is no amount of money that is going to make this better. They have done the damage, but my only choice of resolution is to ask for a refund. I paid for a peaceful and humane transition and what I got was torture for my pet in her final moments and for me sleepless nights, nightmares and an experience I will NEVER forget.

            I found this office strongly lacking in $$ fairness ( charging for a service not completely rendered) and I personally felt ************* didnt present a caring nor loving approach to my pet.
