    Absolutely terrible experience with Lawrence Wrecker Service. After my car was towed at the request of the police, I went to retrieve it within just a few hours. Upon arrival, I was met with the most unprofessional and outright hostile behavior I have ever encountered from a business. The man working there was screaming, cussing, and calling me names for no reason. Completely unacceptable behavior for someone running a business that deals with the public. Then, there’s the price. The sign outside clearly states a $85 tow fee and $22.85 per day storage, yet I was charged $285 for a car they had for only 3–4 hours. No explanation—just blatant overcharging. As if that wasn’t enough, when I got my car back, I immediately noticed significant new damage that was not there before: - Two holes in my front bumper - A broken plastic plate cover under the engine that was dragging on the ground - A huge dent in the left rear quarter panel - A broken handle on the rear hatch - Multiple dashboard warning lights that were not on before This business operates with zero integrity. Between the price gouging, damage to my vehicle, and the verbal abuse, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If your vehicle gets towed here, document everything, take pictures, and be prepared for a fight.

    I had an incident on my property where the police department informed me in the early hours of the morning of an abandoned vehicle in my ditch. I was encouraged to call a wrecker company to tow the car. Lawrence Wrecker Service was prompt, courteous, and professional from the very start; however, what really put the company over the top was his kindness. When he arrived at my house and the vehicle had already been picked up by the potential owner, he kept in contact with me informing me that the police were able to accomplish their job. Even in the potential loss of a job in towing, he was more concerned with the well being of my family. Thank you Lawrence Wrecker Service!
