      Date of Transaction: May 10, 2023 Service: Transmission repair on 2004 Ford F-150 Amount Paid: $2700.00 My vehicle was kept for over 4 months and the repair services were not completed as agreed upon. They assured me that they had the expertise to fix my transmission issues and it would be fixed better than stock. Regrettably, this could not have been further from the truth. I was rarely updated on the progress of my truck, and any attempts to contact them were met with excuses. After spending a substantial amount of money and having my truck for 4 months, my truck still had the same transmission problems. It was evident that they either did not have the knowledge or did not care enough to accurately diagnose and fix the issue. This made me question their competence and honesty. They refused to provide any refund or acknowledge their inability to resolve the problem. Instead, they claimed my transmission case had too many miles to be rebuilt correctly and offered to warranty the case but would need to keep my vehicle even longer after already having it for 4 months. I had to take my truck to a different, reputable shop and pay again to have it accurately diagnosed. The new shop fixed the problem correctly within 7 days. The new shop showed me that used parts were used for the warranty work and what Twisted Shaft Transmission claimed was needed to fix my truck was false. My experience with Twisted Shaft Transmission was not only financially damaging but also extremely frustrating and disappointing.

      My truck has been sitting at their shop for 2 months now and they have not touched it. It is under their warranty and they have been telling me since I brought it in they would have it done by the next week. It has been 2 months now and they have not even looked at it. When I called them to ask what the problem was she told me to **** * ****. She then continued to call me back 3 times harassing me after I told her we will be taking her to small claims court if my truck wasn’t fixed. I would like my truck fixed and I’m not sure how y’all let business like this stay in business
