    They will take pictures of your apartment when they aren’t allowed in there and will lock your animals in a place with no food or water. What they will allow is dog **** outside of the complex and blunts outside of the complex. Seeing as they don’t care about our apartment complex, they will do anything to repel new residents. Our pipes have been clogged off and on for weeks due to “*****” installing lines of internet. It hasn’t been fixed. Do not live at the Coulter Landing. You don’t have an apartment manager, or even an open pool which is listed when you are applying for the apartment. Completely misleading.

    Hello, I am sorry to hear you feel this way. We do care about our residents at Coulter Landing. We have people that specifically come and clean up after the inconsiderate residents that leave their animal feces and trash on the property. We do apologize for the inconvenience it caused when ***** hit the water lines. however, that was a temporary situation which was fixed as soon as possible. You do have an apartment manager and you have her contact information if you ever have any issue she is always happy to assist. We apologize if your cat was left in an area without food or water this is why we ask that you crate or contain your animals when you are not home. We are working on getting the pool open at Coulter Landing. However, the weather did put us behind. Until it is open you are welcome to use the pool at ********. We did take pictures of the 3 overflowing cat litter boxes in your apartment due to maintenance not being able to handle the smell to complete your service request. We appreciate you getting that cleaned up. If you have any further issues, please contact the leasing office. Thank You, Connie C. Community Director
