      On November 10, 2023, I paid the business $104 for three different articles of clothing. After approximately one month, two of the three items of clothing were delivered. We were told the other item would come in shortly. It never came. The coaches of our Childs' team were unsuccessful in getting a refund from this vendor. I sent the business an email and received no communication back. On 04/02/2023, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and advised the business I did so. The owner, Matt, then responded to my email and said, "if you pull the dispute, I will refund your money." To which I replied, "If you refund my purchases, I will pull the dispute." I then was sent an email with a screen shot of what looked like a refund. I went to my credit card and seen there was a refund pending. I then pulled the dispute with my cc company and advised the owner I did so. The next day, I logged into my cc and see the refund had been cancelled. I tried to initiate a new dispute and because I already did a dispute, I cannot do another one on the same transaction. Fraud! I have all of the emails and communications documenting this.

      I placed an order on Nov. 18, 2023 for three products. The products included screen printed hoodie, sub fight shorts, and sub multi-pocket backpack. The items totaled 137.00. My order was # *********. I contacted the company in December to which they responded it takes 4-6 weeks for orders to arrive. I have tried to message and call the company after the 6 week period and have received no response.
