      I travel from Dallas to Borger Tx for work, a lot. The Dallas enterprise location rented me a truck which had some engine trouble, but during a routine oil change, corporate enterprise in Dallas denied a ********* request to have it repaired. Twice they denied it, leaving me with no choice but to get on the road with a possible faulty vehicle since it was the only choice I had. While at my work location in the panhandle area, I reached out to an Amarillo rental location on Canyon Drive. I cannot stress enough how kind and professional they were, to help me get into a replacement vehicle. I truly felt that they went above and beyond for a long-time customer, an art which has disappeared throughout the past few years in my opinion. It truly meant a lot to me how they had genuine interest in my resolve and did everything they could to get me back on the road safely. I forgot the young man’s name there, but I request that the entire staff there at the Canyon Drive location gets a raise for truly representing the art of great business and caring. Thanks a million.

      Not this location but Enterprise as a whole! They tell you the manager will call but never does, I've been ignored and hung up on and transferred so many times it's unbelievable! Not all but most of the people I've talked with to try and resolve me renting a car that I already have a reservation on just did not care about customers. I will never rent a car from them and will not recommend this company to anyone. 5 days calling to get a car and over 6 hours on the phone! All for them to not help and or just not want to deal with me and transfer me to someone else in the middle of talking. This business is a disgrace to the United States of America
