I purchased a stone from Memorial Park Cemetery which had to be paid in full the first week of November. I was told it would take any where from 4 to 6 months. I started calling them around the first of March. I would get from the front desk that it wasn’t in. I would call at least every two weeks and the answer would be I will have them call you. The end of March I got a letter from the company that made the stone with the deed and on letter it said it was put in storage 02/07/2023. So I called the company and ask why was it put in storage. They said they needed Memorial Park to let them know to send it. So I called Memorial Park what I was told and I was told by Chad that he would have to check and call the company to find out himself and he would call me back! Well that didn’t happen which was nothing new from them. So in a week I called to see if they had sent for the stone. Yes they had and would take two weeks or more. Called back in two weeks and no it hadn’t come. So my daughter came from California and we went out to see why it hadn’t come in. We were told they were in a meeting and put us on a room. They came from their meeting with a piece of paper showing that it had been sent for but didn’t have a tracking number yet. (So that kind of shown us that that was their meeting to send for it) so I called the next day to get the tracking number and they didn’t have it yet. The next couple days was the weekend. So I called Monday and got the tracking number that showed it would be delivered on the next day Tuesday which it was. We had gotten rain so I was told they couldn’t set it till probably the next day which was okay. Called the next day and was told they couldn’t set it as ran out of granite on Monday which they needed to set the stone on and didn’t know when they would get the granite. I send thank you and love hung up crying! But there is more to that. The VA sent me a post card that they had sent medallion for his grave site to be placed. They lost it.
