      Why has nothing been done for this Scam of a company? How many elders have fallen for this. I too received a letter to my aunts home which I haven't lived in for 10 years! Stating I owed money for not renewing a license I never had! This is insane.

      Got a letter in the mail for invalid debt, called the number on the letter got the representative on the phone they didn’t want to help or hear me out. Asked to speak with her manager and got hung up on, her name was Cassandra. Called them back got another agent on the phone that I gave no info to and she disclosed all my personal information without me verifying who I was. Will be getting a lawyer and following up with a law suit.

      Company is a SCAM! Ticket from 24 yrs ago??? Shut these scammers down!!!!! I also contact the attorney Generals office regarding them. ZERO STARS!!!

      This company is *********! My boyfriend and I bought a house and then started getting collection bills for court fines( both of us) while I do have court fines which are handled thru my county's clerk of courts my boyfriend has absolutely none. They are sending collection notices for things that have already been paid and or don't exist.. I really wish Google would remove this supposed law firm from there search, these scumbags have probably tricked many people into paying fines that don't exist. It hurts my heart that we have people out there like this company..DO NOT SEND THIS FIRM ANY MONEY!!!Contact your local county clerks office for payments directly , not to these scammers!!!!

      Like others I received a letter from this law firm stating I owe court fines. Now this was actually shortly after my state taxes had paid those fines so I called and the female I spoke to was so rude and hung up on me in the end that shouldn't have a job but I was told that my fines were more than what the courts intercepted and continually cut me off when trying to explain to her I have all the paperwork showing all the cost and what's been paid etc. I agreed with her that the letter from the law firm did differ by $21 dollars on a separate find so that's what I was actually calling to offer to pay. The letter states I owe $319 by the time I was done taking she was telling me my fines were over $600 AND THE WORST PART IS when I told her I wasn't too call the court house to talk to them and pay them she offered to give me the number but said I'm not allowed to pay the court and HAVE to pay their law firm! I think not and I will be speaking with my civil attorney about a possible case for aggressive collections tactics, falsifying company policies by telling me I can't pay the court house anymore and I think a few other things fall under telling people that can't pay the courts and only them, I'm sure racketeering or something can be considered when forcing people to give you money owed to a state agency and using you as a middle man. Sounds like Mob tactics to me. Stay far far away from these people as they operate in the shadiest grey area that I'm sure if looked into they've crossed many legal lines. I called and spoke to the courthouse and they told me to NEVER CONTACT THAT LAW FIRM AGAIN and to not send them a dime and they will take care of my $21 dollar fine for me. Not even in the same state I'm in or the courthouse they represent so that's shady on it's own.

      I received a letter today that stated final notice. It's about delinquent taxes for the person that lived here about six years ago stating that from the way I read the English. They will send the sheriff to her home or business and confiscate her property. ID# *************** The letter is dated 10/6/2022 and the tax year in question is 2011 the amount owed is ******* that's right it's not a typo *******. They are predators someone should take them to court. Rena would but unfortunately she passed away about 6 years ago. Thank you BBB.

      Thank you for your review and the information provided therein. We were unaware of Ms. C*******'s passing. It is required by Texas Law to send a notice of delinquent taxes once a year. However, more than one notice is sent each year. This particular property is real property for which the statute of limitations is 20 years. Pursuant to our research the address on the notice was Ms. C*******'s last known address. We have marked the account as deceased and will proceed from there. Again, thank you for the review and the information.
