    Employee washed wool clothing when specifically directories not to. The employee informed me she had washed the wool clothing and apologized, she told me she had informed her manager. The manager contacted me asking for pictures and cost to replace. Once she spoke with the owners she told me they simply didnt want to pay for the damage. i have text conversations and names of employee and manager.

    I filed a complaint on Tornado Laundry mat and few weeks back. Since filing we have resolved our problem. I commend the owners for making good, I still use their servnices. I also thank you guys for helping!
