•Consumers paid for a pre-order of a backpack that was never received.
•The business is no longer responsive to emails and/or their website and social media has been deactivated.
•Unreasonable delays in delivery of their product.
•Any requests for refunds are ignored.
BBB requested the company's voluntary cooperation in eliminating the identified pattern in consumer complaints by providing a written response outlining the steps the company will implement to avoid future complaints of the same or similar nature.
BBB confirmed via the Texas Secretary of State website that the business registration for Sapphire Sky Boutique, LLC is still active or in existence and requested proof of dissolution if they business did actually close.
Sapphire Sky Boutique, LLC was not responsive to the consumer complaints nor any of BBB’s inquiries regarding the pattern of complaints and the investigation was closed as ‘Failed to Respond’ on November 28, 2023.
