I purchased a IPL (intense pulsed light) therapy for my discoloration of my face. I pre-paid for the 5 session package on March 9th 2024 for the amount of $591.25. On March 9th I received the first session, I informed the Kendal the employee I did not feel the laser working ****** responded they had gotten a new laser machine. After my first session I waited four days where there were not visible areas of the laser. Note: I have been having IPL face treatments off and on for the last 8 years to treat my sun spots (hyperpigmentation) on my face. I decided to seek my treatment somewhere else. I called the office and spoke to a front desk representative where I requested my refund. I was informed that Shimaa the owner was out of the country and should wait until March 22nd to hear from her. I finally received an email on Friday, April 5th where it states I would not be receiving any refund, even though I only received one session out of 5 due to it was a *************** I did read or was given any documentation stating that. All I want is my refund.

This customer came and purchased a 3 treatment package for IPL NOT 5 (as stated above) (I have receipt to prove) from my  Business. I have emails where I tried to get her to come in and try to resolve the issue. She refused. We have a No Refund Policy that is posted on the wall in the waiting room where it states this.  We would have tried to satisfy this customer if she would have given us a chance. My Employee's do not have access to issue refunds. I was out of the country for the month of March.
