I hired Cosmopolitan to clean my carpets and wood floors (which were handled in 2 visits). Also decided to have them clean up the tile and grout in kitchen and two bathrooms. Really satisfied with results. The wood floor looks new, and actually looks better than when I first bought the house. They were able to clean up scratches on the floor that I would have thought were just there permanently. They also got a hard water mark up off of the tile in one of the restrooms. After the carpet cleaning, I noticed a darker spot in one area, which may have been there before the cleaning but just not as noticeable due to the surrounding floor being dingier. I pointed it out when the cleaning guys returned for the wood floors and ***** was able to use some brightener on the spot and pull it up immediately. Now I can't tell there was ever a dark spot there. If I have any complaints, its just that scheduling can be a bit tight, also, I think there may be something weird going on with the times and phone-numbers listed on the Cosmopolitan site. Also, I think it'd be cool if they did baseboard trim too. But it sounds like they are already in the process of updating to a new site, and the scheduling thing is understandable because the service is certainly worth the money and its not surprising there'd be a good amount of competition for time slots. Overall, would definitely recommend Cosmopolitan if you need any of your floor professionally cleaned.

** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE AND CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS!**Had this company clean our carpets on March 10, 2023 and soon after our dog became violently ill.Carpet was cleaned and after that procedure was done, the tech sprayed a "protectant" down, I have yet to find out what this chemical is exactly.My called and spoke to ******, who assured her whatever was placed on the carpet was then sucked up by the machine, HOWEVER, that's not true. I watched the tech spray something from a bottle and then proceed to rake the carpet, nothing was then "sucked up" nor was the machine run over the carpet again.After the tech left, our dog became extremely nauseous, lethargic and struggling to breathe. We had to take her to an emergency veterinarian, after a series of tests, including all types of blood work, was able to determine she came in contact with some type of irritant or poison. We were there for close to 9 hours!This is a healthy 5 year old dog who JUST had her bi-annual checkup last week. I called the next day and had ****** call me back, told her the situation and only then, did she back-peddle on what she initially told my wife about this product being sucked back up because I told her I watched the tech spray it on and left it.She tells me this protectant is safe for pets, but when I asked for the **** sheet on this product, she tells me she will email it to me. Well, a whole day has gone by and guess what? NO EMAIL.These sheets should be readily available. So, because of the lack of transparency and her attempts to 'run and hide' I am quite certain this product is not safe for pets, or this company just doesn't care enough to send me what they use. At this point, I'm not going to bother with what they send because I'm sure it will be "doctored' in some way.I will be calling my credit card company and disputing what you charged us AND I will be sending you a vet bill for $840.I will also be leaving this review wherever I can.Cosmopolitan Carpet & Rug Cleaning
