    On 12/11/22 I placed an order (******) on line with Pacas. They immediately acknowledged the order, took my money, and said they would contact me soon with shipping details. I have heard nothing from them since, other than promotional emails, and getting only automatic responses to commonly asked question in each of the 3 emails I sent to them. Never in their ads did they say the items weren't in stock and ready to ship. I'd ask for a refund because the order was a Christmas gift, but they don't respond to anything. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement.
