      This credit union implemented a new online interface in june 2024 that is not even that great. In addition to that, the job is not even done b/c all of my external transfer did not carry over. And they didn't communicate to their customers all external transfer accounts will need to be redone. Ever since they took over qualtrust, quality and integrity has declined.

      Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns. We definitely understand the importance of your external transfers not functioning as you would expect and apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our new digital platform. We sent out several communications to notify our members of the changes, and any actions to be taken before the live date.
      On 06/03/24, we posted details of important information on our website, including that external transfers would not move over. Additionally, we sent emails of these changes on 06/03 and 06/12, sent out a secure message to all online banking members on 06/03.
      We apologize for missing the **** on providing you the best experience. We take all feedback seriously. We appreciate you sharing yours so we can improve for the future.
