    Transaction date 12/20/24. I brought in my brand new wedding dinner jacket that was custom made and received from tailor spotless, to get pressed. The lady told me they have to be dry-cleaned along with all my other garments (men suit and several shirts). The total cost was $28.45. I paid for it and picked them up 3 days after. I kept cloths in dry-clean bag hanging in closet and another 3 days after, I went to transfer to my hangers and place in closet appropriate location when I saw a stain on my jacket. I took it back to cleaners and they are disputing that they did the ***** **** that locked like it came from a machine . They tried to remove and its still there. I then noticed how the jacket is ruined with more stains by the buttons on the sleeves. The black color from the buttons bled through the white of the jacket. Now it's ruined. Jacket cost is $400.00 to replaced and get shipped to me in a rush.
