              Moore Memorial Gardens has repeatedly sent me letters stating youve already secured your cemetery property and offering me a pre-paid funeral plan. I do not have a cemetery property, and on multiple occasions I have requested that the company provide proof that I have a cemetery property with them or remove me from their mailing lists. Today I received another letter from them. I have called (callback comes from sales person) and emailed to no avail. I am concerned about identity theft has someone secured a cemetery property fraudulently using my information? It is also disturbing to receive a sales pitch for a funeral plan when not interested. This company is using deceptive and harassing tactics to try to make sales on false pretenses. My only request is that they provide info on the cemetery property they show in my name and to remove me from their mailing list.

              To anyone who reads reviews. TAKE THIS AS A HUGE WARNING NOT TO BURY YOUR LOVED ONES AT MOORE MEMORIAL GARDENS on ***** street in ********* *****. It makes me incredibly sad to write this knowing I deal with these people daily who take care of the cemetery grounds. The supervisors who are actually in maintenance for the grounds do not care about you after loved one has passed. They throw away perfectly good flower arrangements placed on stones just days of it arriving. They are more concerned about the small community of people who actually take care of their loved ones resting spot instead of fixing major issues around the cemetery. Dead bushes, flooding issues, not watering enough, and placing already dead sod on top of new ****** if they even bother with the dead sod at all. Its all very sad to those of us showing up daily just missing our loved ones. My only hope is to warn others before they buy at Moore Memorial Gardens ..and help the workers there understand that grieving can be a very long process for some of us and when grounds keepers cant understand the hearts of those out there.. they hurt the very people they are supposed to be helping. A garden of stone isnt made for the dead they could care less what the living do. Its made for those continuing to grieve and their hearts are still broken. It would do well for them to remember this.
