    This company sold me defective jeweler and refuses to repair. They are crooks, the bracelet fell apart on the way home from the purchase. Other ****** rvws say the samething and multiple people say the sell fake gold.

    I bought two brand new rings from JCPenney's and I took them to this jewelry shop to change the size of four rings that I had all of them were brand new and I still have the receipt after about a week they called me back and told me that they were done I came back looked at it and the brand new rings that I dropped off had gaps in them and they were so big that I could actually put my fingernail in between the gaps it made me really upset because these were brand new rings that I paid a lot of money for for my engagement I told him that they were unacceptable quality and that they would have to fix it they argued with me for a long time and told me that they would send it back I told him okay I waited about a month and they never got back to me so I end up going in person and asking the manager if the Rings were ready he told me that they were ready and he gave them to me and I asked why he never called or text me and he told me he did but I still have proof that he didn't and he didn't mention anything I looked at the Rings again and it was the same issues as the first time they were gaps in the Rings you could see the welding spots that they did and there were patterns on the side of the Rings that they didn't fix so not only did I pay for this out-of-pocket but they also messed up the rings that I also paid for I asked him for a refund he told me he can't do that and he won't do it I asked him to send it back and he told me no he said I either take these back or I don't in total I had four rings three that were resized to a six and one that was resized to a 9 1/2 I attached a receipt that goes over the value of two of the Rings I had a smaller sapphire ring a bigger sapphire ring one ring made out of ***** and one that is a large sapphire ring the receipt is for the small and the medium Sapphire and the other thing is the my sister sent me to pick up the Rings were from with a different name so that's really shady
