      On 09/03/23 I was ran over by a car & pinned between drivers ******** parked car ,which was parked in the driveway. B4 I even agreed to a contract w/this personal injury lawyer I was assured b/c I was adamant about not signing until I was guaranteed I could terminate his representation if not satisfied. I was severely injured & underwent more than one surgery. This attorney has no ethics, zero integrity, & no honor whatsoever!! He is a liar that preys on people in vulnerable positions. I went a month & a half after accident calling, messaging, & emailing every single day begging 4 a call back b/c I was told by the police not to move the car which Progressive totaled out. Its all on ******* clear video!! This attorney played no role in the property damage first as he cant get involved until that was taken care of first. I went a month & a half with no returned calls or messages which left me with no transportation. They didnt even have the courtesy 2let me know if I could or couldnt move my vehicle. I have countless emails, messages, ect..literally begging 2plz just call me. Im a single father so I was forced to walk my son 2school w/cast on each arm & crutches 2walk. Although I was under doctors orders 2b on bed rest, what choice did I have? My kids arent walking 2 school no matter what. I had 2 Uber food 4 ********** my sons football games, ect.. so for this torment David Kohm 2place a lien claiming extensive work on my case is laughable & straight robbery. The ONLY day I EVER talked 2the attorney himself was the day I fired ******** tried everything to get me to reconsider. I will not move 4ward w/a con artist representing me. Attorneys like this ruin it 4 the ones that have good principles, morals, & values. How can this dishonorable attorney claim extensive work on my bodily injury phase when we havent even began that phase yet? Completely ludicrous. He did absolutely *********** have everything 2verify what I say. Unlike him, my word is not 4 sale!

      I hired Attorney David Kohm and Associates in 2018 after I was rear ended in a 3-car accident. The case was ignored, my calls were ignored, and negotiations were poor. As of today 1/23/2023, I still am waiting for an update to the case. I had to call every day to push the case along from one phase to another. After 5 years the quality of service declined each month, professionalism was nice during the initial intake but after the attorney was hired, the professionalism declined. I do not believe the attorneys properly negotiated on my behalf nor had my best interest in mind. They did however ensure their attorny fees and preferred chiropractor was paid.
