1 starThe sales lady with critter control was great on getting you in. I hired them for over a ***** job that was supposed to be done in one day. It has taken multiple trips, me pointing out work they missed and didn't complete. I'm not a expert, so if I can see the job isn't complete or wrong there is a issue. They are taking so long my insurance may not reimbursement me some of the money bc it still isn't complete on the deadline given. They act like they get you on the schedule but didn't. It takes me calling multiple times to get something done. And I'm now trapped inside with the rats, this rat wall has been pointless and a waste of money and the job still isn't done months later... do not hire critter controlReview fromRebecca B

****** was on time and very thorough. She came out and addressed my critter issue and came up with a plan of action to take care of it for me. Cant wait to get them out!!

My complaint is that I would like for Critter Control to return my call and discuss this issue with me. New ceiling attic fans were installed during the installation of a new roof at my house in Feb 2021. Critter Control completed separate work unde Mar 2022 on my house to include closing all holes available for animal enter into my attic. In doing so, Critter Control placed a metal meshing near my roof attic fans and used screws to attach the mesh. The screws prevented the fan blades from turning and subsequently burned out the motors to the attic fans. I did not notice that the fans were not working because they had always been very quiet, and due to my disabilities, I am not able to go into the attic to check such things In July 2023, I was informed by an electrical company that it appeared that screws holding the Critter Control mesh had stuck out too far and prevented the attic fans from turning. I have called Critter Control 5 times at the phone number from all my warranty work and Critter Control online advertising. Each time I was told the General Manager was the only one I could deal with and that he was out of the office and would return my call. I have received no response from Critter Control.Critter Control

Critter control would not have installed any item that damaged or stopped the fans from working properly. I understand how this situation can be frustrating but our crews install these types of fans daily and would never do something to
impair their ability to function.
Secondly, if critter control did the work in 2021 if would have been recognized much earlier than almost 2 years later.
we would love to work with you to get these replaced but again nothing we would have done would have damaged the product or impaired its ability to function.

Mr *** arrived 5 minutes early than scheduled. He always ask me what have I been noticing since our last application. That's the first thing he address. After taking care of my concern he explains to me if it's major or not. *** is very professional and knowledgeable of the process. He keeps it professional and personal. Makes you feel like a person not just a customer. My 5 years experience with ********************** has been nothing but real. They have stood by everything they said they would do. Now I know why Critter Control is BBB, team members like Mr ** and others are the Star Players on a STAR TEAM.Critter Control

I called Critter Control because we have a rat living in our walls. The initial consultation went great. The lady was knowledgeable, had neat tools that showed us exactly where the rat was, and sold us on a half-house plan, since the trespass seemed localized and there were no signs of serious infestation. The guys came out and set traps and plugged up all the ingress/egress spots so there would be no more rats. The only problem is, we're around 5 months down the road, AND THERE'S STILL A RAT LIVING IN MY WALLS. I can hear it scratching itself just on the other side of the drywall sometimes. Had I known that, 5 months later, I would still have the SAME problem I paid thousands of dollars to fix, I would never have wasted my money. Clearly the rat can come and go, as he hasn't starved and died inside the walls yet. We have a cat and dogs inside, and haven't seen trace evidence that it is entering the house. The smell of rat urine seeping through that wall is disgusting. We've had technicians out to the house for multiple follow-**** and this is still an issue. That rat can still come and go as it pleases, and it's just a matter of time until more show up. The owner won't return my husband's calls. Don't waste your money here, if you actually want the problem solved.Critter Control

We hired Critter Control over a year ago to get rid of critters in the attic that knock on the ceiling day and knight, and to replace insulation in the attic.Whereas the insulation job was great, we still have critters in the attic well over a year now, and Critter Control has just stopped calling. Now im going to have to spend more money with another company to get rid of our critters. Would definitely not use them again or recommend them to anyone else.Critter Control

The investigator - *****************************, came out last Thursday to inspect under my house and in the attic and found a lot of animal droppings - squirrels, possums, raccoons under the house but mainly RATS in the attic. I liked him a lot, and he really seemed to know what he was talking about. He explained my problems thoroughly and told me exactly what all the crew would be doing when they came out if I hired them. He also took pictures of what all he found and sent those by email to me later that day. The crew, headed by *************************, came today. They arrived 5 minutes early at 8:10 and worked ALL DAY except for their lunch break. **** was very nice and professional. Before they left at 5:40, **** gave me a walk through around my house and pointed out all the places they sealed up so the critters couldn't get in anymore. They set up one way traps in the attic and under the house so that they could get out but not back in. They also replaced the insulation that the critters had chewed up. I was very pleased with ****** and with ********** crew. I would definitely recommend Critter Control highly.............************** (Dallas)Critter Control

We've used Critter Control over the past years...as far back as 2006...with satisfactory results. But, the largest scope and project we've contracted them for was under ******'s leadership and direction. We could tell ****** and his team's focus was to deliver a quality job while remaining customer oriented and business friendly. Removing 30 bags of old insulation and replacing with new for a 22 foot ceiling 2 story home is an intrusive initiative; but, ****** and his team executed flawlessly, efficiently and on time. His team functioned like a well oiled machine. Everyone knew his role and delivered. The execution was seamless given the size and many parts of the job. We observed their attention to detail as well as respect for the job site (our home) and landscape. There was a lot of equipment, product and waste which they fastidiously handled. The construction site looked as if a major undertaking had not even taken place at job close.**************** is clearly skilled as a Crew Leader and displayed great customer relationship management skills. We applaud and appreciate their efforts.Critter Control

Tried to sell me an enormously expensive service that I did not need. Either their technician was incompetent or he was a liar. They will exaggerate and misconstrue any of the slightest evidence to scare people into paying them huge sums of money when other reputable service providers confirm that there is zero need for any services.Critter Control
