    I had the pleasure of meeting Shalove when we got our first rental property in the *** area. After personally talking to and interviewing 6 differentproperty management companies we decided to proceed with MRE Property Management - My wife and i trusted Shalove and she and the team were extremely dilligent with the **** for the right tenant and the care for the property. Shalove and her team are proactive in their communication and at times when I felt I was not getting the right information, they were just a call/text away. I have personally recommended *** to other friends who own rental properties and they are happy as well. Choose MRE, you will not go wrong.

    The whole team at *** has been a blessing as I sought a property manager that understood my goals and did all they could to reach them. While market conditions were changing rapidly they offered advice on ways to make my property more attractive than others on the market and made sure my investment was protected. Having used them for some time I cannot say enough about their commitment to quality on both sides of the leasing coin.

    I have to agree with the other reviews. This company is unprofessional and does not care about their tenants. They should not be in business at all.I submitted a maintenance request on the weekend, it was processed on the weekend (MRE was happy to share that they did, in fact, share vendor information with me) on a weekend day after telling me they dont process requests out of office hours. So, with the request being processed on an Sunday, and me immediately going in to cancel the request because they stated I was responsible for it, the cancellation should have been processed first thing next business day.However, the cancellation was not processed and the vendor showed up at my door after failing to contact me to schedule an appointment, and failure to call letting me know they were en route.I was then charged a trip fee for a trip I had no idea was happening.I reached out to MRE to express my concern. They immediately shifted the blame and said it was my responsibility to cancel with the vendor (WHICH IS STATED NOWHERE IN MY LEASE OR IN ANY COMMUNICATION FROM MRE OTHER THAN THIS CURRENT SITUATION) - so I did what any tenant would do and cancelled through THE *** THEY PROVIDE TO HANDLE REQUESTS.They then closed my inquiry and ceased communication with no resolution or effort to contact the plumbing company and dig into the charge.If you are looking for a property management company that knows how to build relationships and actually manage their properties in a respectful way - THIS COMPANY IS NOT IT.

    We truly understand your frustration with unexpected expenses. However, its important to recognize that all partiesManagement, Owners, and Tenantsenter into agreements that hold each party accountable. This situation is a matter of tenant accountability.
    During your time with us, you have submitted nine work orders, three of which were cancelled. You were informed of our process through previous service orders. Below is the standard communication provided when notifying tenants that a work order has been dispatched, including the vendors contact information:

    Your service request has been dispatched to the vendor listed below. Please allow the vendor a 24-hour window to schedule, if possible. Afterward, please contact the vendor directly to discuss scheduling. If troubleshooting resolves the issue, you must notify the vendor to cancel the appointment. Thank you, MRE

    Despite multiple detailed communications regarding this matter, we understand that you were not pleased with the $79 trip charge passed along to the property owner from the vendor due to a no call, no show. While we have heard your concerns and provided timely and detailed responses, it is important to consider the impact on all parties involved.


    We acknowledge that a single unfavorable decision can lead to a negative review. However, we remain committed to providing excellent service and allowing our work to speak for itself. We are grateful for the opportunity to assist you and others with their leasing needs.

    Run from this company! Do not do any what so ever business with these people! They play you like a fiddle. I would definitely agree with the other review that this company is pretty much a criminal organization. They will lie and take advantage of you. ZERO STARS!!!!!!
