    Adonis Auto Group has repeatedly failed to remove the false reporting from mine and my husbands credit report. We paid the account off with a zero balance in 2020. We have called repeatedly have left several messages and have been in person requesting this to be resolved. The account was removed and today reappeared on my credit report which caused my credit score to decline 22 points. I have called and am not allowed to speak with anyone.

    I had an issue with my vehicle I purchased from Adoins Auto Group to repair my transmission. The first repair took from November 2021 to February 2022 to repair the transmission. I thought that was an awfully long time to repair a vehicle, but I take into consideration the pandemic and how things we're not being delivered on time. Towards the end of March 2022 and the beginning of April 2022 my vehicle was acting strange. I called and had Adonis to come and pick up my car again to be repaired. Adonis picked up my vehicle, and I was told that they had to send it back to the transmission shop where it was repaired. It is now June of 2022 and I have not received my vehicle or an update on my vehicle. Adonis Auto Group continues to call and ask for car payment but I do not have these vehicle I'm paying on. I understand that I'm supposed to make my car payment, but I cannot afford to continue to pay a car payment and pay for other means of transportation for me and my family. I have been reaching out to Adonis and the phone just rings and rings. No one calls me back I have not received updates or anything. The only point of contact that is made to me is to collect a car payment. When I mention to them about my concern about my vehicle, they just tell me they do not handle services center and I need to contact them there's nothing that they can do. There is no sympathy or empathy for the fact that I have had I have not had my car for two months is costing me an extreme amount of money to get back. I do not have a vehicle to get around and do my day-to-day things that I need to do for my family and for myself. I believe this is unacceptable if something needs to be done. This is a true example of horrible customer service no compassion for your customer no empathy for your customer your customers personal lives or feelings or needs or not put forward or cared about.

    Every since the 3rd week I had the car I purchased from Adonis Auto in ***, Ive had nothing but issue after issue come up with this vehicle! I understand used cars come with their set off issues, but communication about pricing, lack of Loaner Vehicles and constant attitudes from the Unexperienced teenagers in the office. This time with them has been nothing but stressful. Im a single father, part time student and full time maintenance man. If I call and check on the status of my vehicle i expect no hesitation when I ask questions. Instead I get dramatic temper tantrum, in knowledgeable staff members and lack luster service. This company is making a c*** load of money from people based on lies and Deceit. And people and maybe potential customers deserve to know the truth

    My car engine went out after I had it for 6months and less than a month after a oil change and in my mind it was something they didnt do properly to cause the engine to not have oil in the car and for the motor to go out, which in response their rebuttal well it is a used car so is highly likely for a car to have mechanical issue rather than taking ownership of the issue. Now the day it broke down I call them as soon as they open at 9 am for the person to put me on hold for 3 HOURS and left me there, and while on hold, I called from a different phone a few times to see if I got the same results which they were continuing putting me on hold until finally I was able to speak to someone and keep in mine no one ever came back on the line on the other phone to check in or never came back to the phone. Then part of their courtesy servicesince it will take them 2 to 3 weeks to fixed on the car Im eligible for a car loaner, I screen shot the requirements which are 1)valid driver license, I have that ************************* of insurance, I have that 3) active credit card or debit card I have that! So now they are trying to explain to me Im not eligible for a loaner because liability doesnt cover the car damage if Im in a accident but my insurance policy liability will be extended to me if Im driving a car a loaner ! So my point LIABILITY insurance will never protect your car in an accident. Liability insurance definition : Liability coverage pays for property damage and/or injuries to another person caused by an accident in which you're at fault. So if full coverage is what I need base off what they verbally telling me dont give me documentation that I signed telling me that liability is the requirements. So that tells me now that they are picking and choose what signed documents they want to follow.

    MY *** WAS PICKED UP ON AUGUST 26***** BY ADONIS AUTO GROUP TOW TRUCK BECAUSE I HAD WRECK THE VEHICLE I HAD TO WAIT ALMOST A MONTH FOR THE *** TO BE FIXED THEY KEPT TELLING ME EXCUSES SAYING THE PARTS ARE NOT IN AND SOME DAYS THEY WILL TELL ME THAT THEY ARE AND MY *** WILL BE DONE THIS FRIDAY AND THE NEXT FRIDAY AND THE NEXT !! SO AFTER MY *** WAS FINALLY FINISHED I GOT MY *** BACK THE ***** ON THE DRIVER SIDE WAS WIGGLING AND ALSO AS WELL MY STEERING ***** WILL SHAKE WHILE IM DRIVING THE *** I WENT UPON MYSELF TO TAKE IT TO A TIRE SHOP BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT ADONIS TO PLAY ME AGAIN AND TAKE EVEN MORE LONGER ! I GOT A FRONT AND BACK ALIGNMENT DONE ON VEHICLE , OIL CHANGE BECAUSE I NEEDED IT AS WELL ! AFTER ALL THAT MY *** WAS STILL SHAKING !! SO I WENT AND GOT NEW TIRES BECAUSE TIRE SHOP SAID THAT IS WHAT I NEEDED GOT NEW TIRES WITH MY OWN MONEY !! AND *** WAS STILL NOT IN GOOD CONDITION JUST WHEN I THOUGHT IT WAS ONLY MY *****S MY BATTERY GOES OUT ON ME ! AT THIS POINT I CALL ADONIS AUTO GROUP BECAUSE IT JUST NOT RIGHT FOR ME TO BE SPENDING ALL THIS MONEY WHEN MY *** SHOULD OF BEEN GOOD ADONIS TOLD ME I HAVE TO COME OUT OF POCKET FOR THAT TYPE OF STUFF BECAUSE THEY DONT WORK ON THAT THEY ONLY DID THE BODY OF MY *** ! SO WHEN I TOLD THEM MY BATTERY WAS OUT AND MY *****S WAS MESSED UP BAD THEY FINALLY STATED THEY WILL COME PICK THE *** UP TOW TRUCK PICK MY *** UP ON MAY 30 ***** I CALLED TO MAKE SURE THAT MY *** WAS THERE WITH THEM AND THEY CONFIRMED IT WAS AND HOW THEY WAS GOING TO ORDER ME A NEW BATTERY AND FOUR NEW TIRES THAT SAME DAY !!!
