    I never received the item that I ordered. The company phone number is inactive. I reached out multiple times using both of their email addresses listed. The company never responded to my emails and never issued a refund. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

    I placed an order 11/07 and paid additional for express shipping. Someone reached out to me because I had a question via the chat on their website and they answered my question about shirt sizes. After I placed my order of 170 dollars, I never heard from i again. I reached out on several different platforms in hopes of communicating with someone about order my order. I asked for updates and when I didnt receive any communication I asked for the order to be cancelled. I paid for **** business days shipping but did not receive the package in time. The package finally arrived, after I reached out more than once about cancelling, and what came in the mail was not what was ordered. The shirts were supposed to say OH TWOODLES with the number 2 on the back but what was printed on the shirts was TOODLES with a huge blank space in the back where the 2 shouldve been. I emailed again asking for a shipping label so that I can return the misprinted items, but as you might guess there was no reply. Whats worse is, they disputed the charges with my bank after I contacted my bank and I was told that there was nothing that could be done to refund my money.

    I purchased a ************** Womens Bomber Jacket on 11/13/2023 for $67.40. I have contacted Dimi Rogue/ *********************** several times because I have never received my order. On 12/7/23 they said they would cancel my order and refund me. Today is 12/27/23, I have never received my refund and they won't respond to my messages.

    I literally ordered on the 9th and still dont have my order not even a tracking number, everytime they do decide to respond its always whats ya name, email and order number after you give them information they gon *** on you. I dont respect ppl taking ppl money and gifts away from kids on Xmas even and they living the life. DONT BUT FROM THEM THEY DEFINITELY SCAMMED ME

    Hi ordered three jackets over three months ago. They finally sent one jacket and still have not sent the other two. I ordered all three of them together why they didnt send all three of them to gather I dont understand so Im just out of my money you cannot contact nobody, Ive been calling Ive been texting Ive been emailing its hard to get a response. I would like my money back if I cant get my merchandise and Ive been waiting so long its ridiculous. I ordered three jackets for three different people for their birthdays they birthdays has passed months ago , this is going on the fourth month. This is ridiculous. I am so disappointed.

    can I say VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I ordered my son a jersey A HEAD OF TIME to ensure it will be here & 3 days before his party some lady named ****** texted me saying it will be here the day I need it but I had to send an EXTRA $15 for overnight so of course I sent it to make sure my son had everything mind you the day she supposed to had shipped it out was LATE at night also when I told her it wouldnt be here in time she told me to call the postal service to see & they it WAS NOT ********** WAS 2 DAYS SHIPPING NOT OVERNIGHT!!! The communication is absolutely horrible!!! Also the lady has a ******** number , says that the product was coming from ****** ***** but it was actually being shipped from ****** ***** so how does that work ??? I needed the jersey on Saturday but it came the Monday AFTER I NEED IT !!! I texted the number that I was in contact with about ****** asked her where she would like for me to send the jersey back to because I no longer needed it and it didnt arrive when I needed it and she text me back and said there was no return policy and I cant send it back. I told her I dispute it it with my bank and she told me to send it back to the address it came from. Then she told me to have a good day Brokey so yes, she is very unprofessional and I advise you not to buy from there !!! You will not get your product on time. The communication is horrible and dont waste your money. If I could write them, zero stars, I would !!!

    I ordered a Paid In Full xxl jacket on 2/04/2023 an try to contact the company an left a message but no response. The day date now is 2/26/2023 an still no answer about my order or anything this is very very very bad for business I have never been through anything like this.

    Very unprofessional, I ordered an coat for my daughter almost 3 weeks ago, haven't received the coat yet, I've been emailing, calling no one ever picks up the phone, I've been texting for 2 weeks with no response whatsoever ever. There's no communication at all. Something needs to be done about this business it's sad. Just taking people money with no type of consideration whatsoever.

    I order a coat for my daughter September 29th...Its december 29 and i still havent recived the coat..i call several times, no answer or response, when i went to ******** with it. They responded with we will refund you...i have no recived my money or the coat..its hard times for me..and i just want my money back *****...they **** never buy from them
