October of 2021 I walked into Restore Hyper Wellness in ********, **. I enrolled in a monthly unlimited cryotherapy subscription for just under $120/month. I went in a few times the first month, but changed jobs shortly afterwards and wasnt able to make it in due to my work schedule conflicting with their very limited hours. The next time I made it in was a few months later and they had changed their terms of service on me and had switched from the unlimited service I had signed up for, to a credit based service in which I had already lost credits, which expired, despite having paid for them. I tried to cancel my membership that day, but was convinced to stay enrolled and used my credit on additional add-on services that were then available. I made it in one more time in June 2022 and what credits I had on various services they offered. I just went back in for the first time today, having spent $480 in membership fees since June and was informed that they have changed their membership agreement AGAIN, without my consent and no longer allow the credits to be used on the additional services that I was hoping to use. The completely smug, unhelpful and unapologetic new manager, ************************* (sp?), refused to help in any meaningful way. And I dont even feel comfortable using this facility for what services they still are offering for the money Ive spent. 10 out of 10, would not recommend any busy person a membership at this place. They are literal thieves.
