      am writing to file a complaint against Magpul Industries Corp. regarding their unethical email marketing practices. Recently, I received an unsolicited email from ****************************************** which falsely claimed that I had signed up for their communications on **************************. This is incorrect, as the email address they used was exclusively provided to another company, indicating that my personal data was sold without my consent.This misleading assertion by Magpul is not only offputting but also constitutes a form of gaslighting, attempting to convince me of an action I did not take. Such behavior raises serious concerns about privacy and the ethical conduct of Magpuls business operations.I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate actions against Magpul Industries Corp. for the misuse of my personal information and the deceptive communication sent to me.

      I really wish some of these customer care folks would put themselves in their customers shoes. I have been bounced back and forth as well as ignored by this company. It has cost me way too much time and money trying to get their gen3 Pmags to work properly. I even sent their pmags and my firearm back to the manufacturer for evaluation. Then a simple ****** search revealed that I'm not the only one with this issue so its 100% reasonable that Magpul certainly knew about the product defect and choose to deflect instead of solve. I have tried emailing and leaving voicemail for their customer service rep many times with no response at all. It's sad that this company built by veterans would treat a disabled USMC veteran this way. It's also concerning that the military has adopted this gen 3 product line for our men and women in uniform. They certainly deserve a reliable product and solid customer care. Their very lives culd depend on it.

      I bought a few products from Magpul that didn't work, even though advertised as they would. I contacted the business through their website asking for someone to reach out to me to discuss, by phone, and left my number. Someone named *************, reached out to me by email. I asked him to call me in 2 of my emails with him, and he never called, or responded to my last email, and disappeared. I ask that Magpul sends me a product, that actually works as advertised, and fixes this issue for my terrible experience with their company.
