    My wife and I moved into this duplex on 11-2-24 and have not been able to get hot water to the house without running the shower on hot for 2 minutes. I cannot use the sink to wash hands or dishes or shave without wasting 2 minutes and 2 gallons of water every time I turn it on. They recently did some remodeling and this is the hot water situation. Also, the back door has light coming through on three sides. This wastes alot of heating. The air vent in the back bathroom does not work and there is air and dirt passing through the cracks at the bottom of the wall. More waste and I can smell cat urine from outside. We have communicated with them several times to no avail. They said they were coming by again last week and not so much as a call. This renders a certain portion of my rental unusable. Were very upset. Can you help us?

    We have met with the residents onsite regarding their concerns.  Repairs have been completed, and the water heater has been moved to a better location.  They have provided us with their utility bills for any reimbursements.

    I reported cracks in my ceiling a month ago and they have continued to get worse. I was told the maintenance team doesnt handle structural matters so corporate would be contacted. I havent heard anything a month later and it looks like my ceiling is going to cave to whatever is above. I can see the outline of whatever is trying to fall through.

    We appreciate you reaching out, we apologize for the delay.  We responded to Julias email on September 25, 2024, and spoke with her on September 26, 2024. We had a foundation company walk the property 8/14 and 8/21(***** was not home at the time). After we walked the property, we received bids and set a tentative date to repairs to start on October 15th.  We have begun the repairs.

    This company is a complete sham. They act like they are a well established property management company, when all they do is buy old, asbestos, mold ridden properties without informing their tenants of the dangers around them. My windows don't lock (a violation of the uninhabitable living act), I have had 10+ leaks, 3 floods in less than 12 months, amongst being lied to about the asbestos and then ignored on every issue I have had. This company doesn't answer their tenants phone calls, emails, or requests, and they expect to raise rent 40% on me as retaliation for being on top of them for all of these health issues. I have even had emergency maintenance deny my work order because of the weather. They are a joke of a company and should be penalized as such, and should reimburse me for the trauma I have endured during my lease with them.

    ATX Fenton is a fair-minded company that values its residents experience and goes above and beyond standard industry protocol when addressing any residents concerns. ***************** states there are repairs that still needed to be addressed at her unit,however, all of Ms. ******** work order have been timely addressed and there are no open work orders at this time. We utilized third party vendors, when appropriate, and provided temporary accommodations and a per diem food reimbursement when performing repairs at her unit. If there are any items that need to be addressed at Ms. ******** unit then we ask her to contact us or place a work order and our maintenance team will timely respond.

    I've been dealing with Pests for the past couple of month and my apartment management is being negligent. I've complained about roaches and they've set up 1 appt that actually showed up. Other than that nothing. They're getting worse. I've found a ***** in my daughter's hair, they're ALL OVER THE HOUSE! They've gotten into unopen bread! They congregate on my produce in the kitchen and recently they've traveled with me to someone elses house. It's embarrassing and inhumane.

    I am writing to respond to the Complaint filed by ************************* (ID *********.

    Our team and pest control company attempted to provide service to **************** unit on February 18, 2022, and March 4, 2022, and were refused entry on both days. We reached out to **************** to re-schedule and agreed on March 18, 2022, however, she was not home on that date and our pest control company was unable to access and treat the unit.

    **************** reached out over a month later on April 24, 2022,and we scheduled a treatment for April 28, 2022. In alignment with industry standards, we provided **************** with sufficient notice about the preparation needed on her end prior to the treatment. When our pest control company arrived to her unit on April 28th, they were unable to fully complete the required treatment needed because the unit was not completely prepared (there were items still the cabinets). The pest control company did the best that they could when they had access to ****************** unit and tried to perform a follow up inspection on May 10, 2022 but were denied entry. Unfortunately, the inability to access ****************** unit has made providing effective pest treatment difficult. It is our goal to proactively address ****************** pest concern and we ask that she cooperate with us.
