They advertise to be a luxury living apartment complex equipped with fully functioning security gates, a luscious pool with furniture and barbecue grills. Unfortunately none of those are working and the trash we pay 30$ to get picked up, doesnt get picked up on the scheduled hours and we get fined $25 if left outside of the scheduled time frame. The gate has been down for over a year, allowing reckless drivers and homeless people into the property, this has resulted in multiple people's cars being vandalized, broken into or even hit while parked by a drunk driver. They closed the back gate, permanently supposedly to prevent more homeless people from coming in. But the gap between the gate and the wall is more than big enough to allow a full size person through and now it causes an inconvenience for the residents because now, the back building residnents have to go all the way to the front and around just to go through the same street. They only have cameras at the front office, which do not fully work, so they are unable to catch people that destroy the property and other peoples properties and do absolutely nothing to try to handle the situation in any way, shape or form. They state that the cameras cannot be rewinded to show the footage and have even told us that the camera in the mail room does not work when we went in to report missing packages from the mail room, multiple times. Even the mailboxes are constantly broken into, and nobody is notified. The elevators are constantly out of service, and if they are working, they are not working efficiently. The lounge room is trashed by drunks who stay there overnight. When the police were called over a hit-and-run that took out 3 cars, one of them, including my husband's, the property manager stated that as long as her buildings were not hit, it was not her problem despite it happening on her property MULTIPLE times. Our mental health has taken a significant hit due to not feeling that we or our home is safe.

As we understand that some of these complaints have affected their living situation, there are many things that are out of our control. Unfortunately, being that this is private property, we as a company cannot resolve anything regarding a car accident onsite with a non-resident. This is something that every resident must handle with the police department and their insurance company. This is standard practice for all property management companies, if the police departments request that management be involved than we absolutely will do what is required, releasing camera footage etc. At this time, we have not received any communication from the police department regarding this situation. Our ownership is aware of our maintenance concerns for the gates and elevators, at this time we are waiting on ownership approval to rectify the concerns.

The residents have already placed their proper 60-day notice and scheduled to moveout 01/30/2025.

I am rejecting this response because: This does not address the fact that there is lack of security and extras that the residents pay for. No gates, no cameras in the parcel room where packages get stolen very frequently, and no cameras at the front office. The gym has no working lock so anyone can go in at any time, the pool has dangerously large rocks and there is barely any pool furniture on top of the *** grill being disgusting and never cleaned. It does not address the trash being left even if its put out on the scheduled pick up times. There is even vomit in the breeze way by our door and the remnants of more vomit we asked to be cleaned. The other vomit spot was left and is still there months later, now a black color. It does not address the fact that this is not the first time a non resident causes us problems that the office refuses to do anything about. It does not address the litter, urine and vomit that are left by others that go unaddressed unless brought up by complaining residents. Multiple other cars on the property have had severe vandalism done to them and they have to repair it out of pocket because the cameras at the front office cant be played back. Absolutely ridiculous and portrays a severe lack of responsible management. The property manager is also being suspected of giving my personal information to non residents that have been harassing us over accusations of a scratch I supposedly did to their vehicle on one of the MULTIPLE times they broke the property rules and parked in a residents reserved carport. They are complete strangers that got my personal and private information after stating they texted the property manager to inquire about my identity. They stated this in a notarized court document. An attorney has been hired to address that case.

This apartment complex is not giving me my mail which is illegal. Lived at this apartment complex and submitted a forwarding address. The apartment complex sent me an email with my forwarding address yet I have not received ANY of my mail. This is a federal crime and a police report will be made. The below image shows an email sent to me from Lakeline with my current address on it, so there is no excuse for not forwarding my mail and if they say they do not have my address, I would like an explanation on how it ended up in their email to me.

After reviewing this compliant it seems that you need to place a change of address with ***** the office does not handle any mail. We have not seen you stop by the office to request previous mail; we only received a marketing lead from you. Once a new resident has moved in, we can no longer give you access to their mailbox which is why a change of address is so important. We have packages in the office that the new resident has dropped off, he thought it was his. You are more than welcomed to stop by and pick them up. If a new occupant brings us mail from a previous resident it gets returned to sender with *****

Now we have attempted to reach you several times in attempt to discuss your final account statement. You unfortunately did not fulfil your lease contract and skipped without making your agreed upon rent for your final month here. Since you left the apartment early without communication, we did not receive a forwarding address to send your final account statement too. If you would like to discuss these matters, please stop by the office or email ********* ***** at ****************************

the apartment emailed a bill to us charging to replace 5 sets of blinds after 9.5 years of residence for $500.00 The cleaning charge and removal of junk were fine with us. One set of blinds was replaces a few months before we moved out and the blades were easily broken. We agreed to pay for those. leaving $400 for 4 sets of blinds. The notice did not have a due date on it. (I work 3 jobs and take care of my disabled husband.I dropped of $300 CASHIER'S CHECK TO THE OFFICE. Later they told me that they sent the entire $800 due to collections and mailed the check back to me.We have not received the check and could have picked it up. we were never asked to come to get it and live a mile away. Now we are in collections and the $300 check is missing. Aren't blinds a wear and tear item? We were suppose to get an 2 ammenities for the past 2 lease renewals and never saw anything. That would have covered the 4 sets of blinds. We would like our $300 check returned, $400 taken off the bill and we will pay the collection agency to clear our credit.I am having tech issued trying to attach the email chain. So many apartments overcharge and get away with it. It is time to fight back. Please help us, we have been through so much!Thank you.Sincerely,***************
