    DO NOT LOOK AT LINCOLN PROPERTIES. I currently live in one of their properties. Terrible experience. Our golden retriever was bit by another residents dog who put a 3 inch tear in her ear(they claim they have breed restrictions, but thats a lie). The leasing office did not take any action nor even get back to us until I had to barge into the office. My furniture has been stolen. Break ins in the parking garage while they charge us $450/month to park here. Theyve charged me the wrong amounts two different times(differences of thousands of dollars). Its to the point where I had to put a stop payment on their merchant ID and write them a paper check moving forward.I spoke to ***********************, Regional Property Manager for Lincoln properties and they took zero responsibility and stated they havent violated the terms of our agreement and could not let us out of the lease. He told me he cannot assure security. Thats very odd because the leasing agents assure security during the initial tour. Homeless climbing over walls and jumping into our patios with no action taking by management. Garbage and dog p*** ALL OVER the property.

    Lived at ***************** for 2 years. Never had a problem with maintenance in our apartment, but everything else around the property was always an issue. No one would regulate the gates at the pool. Homeless people would bathe in it frequently. They leave the gates open and people would be partying until 2 in the morning and when you call security no one would show up. Every door that required a key fob was disabled so there was no security around the complex. Within a year there were a half dozen break ins in our garage alone because the gate to the garage was left open since weve moved in.. Including our car. The staff never answers the phone, and takes forever to respond to emails. Our car got towed with a parking pass on it and they never took responsibility or refunded us the money. This place is great if youre on government housing and youre not paying full price.. only complement I have is for the 3 maintenance guys that work the property. Always accommodating and hard working.

    Their apartments are horrible. Now known as the ******************************** is falling apart. Theres termites and bugs on the first and second floor. They just failed their pool inspection. The residents were swimming in a failed inspection pool causing concerns for safety and health. Theres cracks all over the building. The structure of the building is quite scary. The receptionist are horrible and have horrible customer services. They are extremely rude. They dont follow up with complaints nor do they care about their residents. Its so unsafe here.
