    They are crooks. They have all these fees. It was a good place until they changed management. Now its a horrible place to live. ***** in the office does not take responsibility for anything. She will also threaten you or fine you for everything she can. Don't dare leave the trash out for valet outside of the hours of 6-8pm. Parking yeah you better get home before 6pm or the parking is taken. Oh your patio, make sure it's up to par. I hope you don't mind garages or cars getting broken into. The package regularly get "lost" when they are delivered to the office. They will want to evict you if you pay more then 5 days late. They never answer the phone when you call. It is a overall scam here and they just keep getting money out of people who will pay because they don't ask questions or look into what everything is.
