Lambs advised they would put a battery in my car first thing Monday if I towed it there on Saturday. This resulted in extra towing fees. Lambs made me pay $125 for a diagnostic test to tell me the battery was bad when it was already tested bad by ***** and AAA. No updates. Business lied about starting and working on the car. I know This because the app on my phone tells me when the car starts. All lies. Lambs kept my ******** DAYS to put a battery in. Once they FINALLY put the battery in, it would not start. They gave up and said they didnt know how to fix the car. I paid To have the car towed to a real repair shop. Lambs calls me: THEY DIDNT ATTACH MY BUMPER. The screws and other assembly items were just LEFT LAYING on the floor. Now Im paying another company to fix what they broke.

Brought my vehicle in for a standard oil change on October 3rd,2022 dropped it off with no cracks in my windshield, picked it up same day and theres and huge crack that is now spreading throughout the windshield.Accidents happen sure enough I get it.What gets me is that I call Lambs automotive as soon as the incident becomes known and let them know of the issue, the manager ******* immediately gets defensive and states they have to go through their cameras to make sure they arent liable for the damage, states h*** call me later with an update moving forward doesnt call me. I call again to reinstate the issue and to let them know I have dash-cam footage of the windshield before and after the work was done to the car, ******* states h*** get back to me the next day which I understand theyve got to take care of things on their end and they were getting ready to close.Waiting to hear from him the following day and didnt hear anything, called myself to get an update to find out ******* took the day off. Finally, the manager, ******* gets back in contact with me and states that with the video and image that I sent him does not show the initial incident happening. It just shows previous and before pictures, even though we trusted them to do the work on the vehicle with no damages to the windshield, and when we pick it up, the windshield is broken and now spreading rapidly, and needs to be replaced. I will never be using lambs automotive ever again, after 5+ years of trusted business they have officially lost my business and I hope this review is helpful to others.

I've been using the tire and suspension expertise of the location at **** ************ in ******, I've spent over $8,500 trying to figure out the buckling sound from the front transmission, they have so many excuses, and last minute surprises, they wont tell you of mistakes or major mishaps till when you walk up to pay! Don't walk up as a female, they will take advantage, I personally had to fact check them a couple of times with basic information I goggled beforehand in order to get a straight answer!

On 08-21-2022 my car would not start. After jumping my car I went to test/replace my battery at a nearby AutoZone, my battery tested fine. That night, my car wouldn't start again, and also my brake lights would not work. I was informed to go to a mechanic to get my car inspected. My car and warranty insurance is with CarMax and their service center was so busy they asked me to go to a partnered auto shop to service my car. I went to the closest shop I could find on their recommended list, which wasLamb'sAutomotive at this address: ************************************************** as they would be able to use my insurance. After scheduling an appointment for 08-24-2022 at 8:30AM and paying to have my car towed to this location they told me they would let me know about why my car wouldn't start and the seemingly electrical issues I am experiencing. They never gave me an update, rather I had to call three times every day that they have kept my car (despite my insurance requiring them provide me a rental if they hold my car overnight) on the second day, they told me that I'd need to replace my battery, serpentine belt and get an engine oil injection bringing a total cost of $800. I asked why they were not using my insurance for them to reply that they considered my "needed" services to be maintenance and not mechanical (conveniently letting them not usemy insurance and charge me oop) when I asked ***** the general manager over the phone why my car suddenly needs a serpentine belt he did not have an answer past that that's what my car needed to start. (Despite again my belt being 100% fine) My father then called to ask the same questions and instructed ***** to only try replacing the battery and test the car. Upon replacing the battery they called to inform me that the only issue is the battery. I confronted ***** about his trying to charge me for unneeded services he cut me off, denied quoting me what he did, and demanded I get out of the store after I had just paid $408.

BAD EXPERIENCE AT LAMBS AT ********************************* Long story short. I took my vehicle to this location for a no start issue. Days went by and they told me it as a problem with my computer not communicating with the body control module and that they need to have a mobile mechanic to diagnose my vehicle and that the charge would be $250 ( original quote was $112) Mobile mechanic diagnosis the vehicle and states (it is missing an ignition fuse, not an issue with computer) .That should have been checked during the diagnostic. Not to mention, they cut a bunch of wires under my dash. And then I pay the $250 to get my car back and on the receipt they stated technician found cut wires. ( THAT THEY CUT) Location **********************************

March 2021 Lamb *********** fixed my car window for $323. In September the window made noises. Though the window worked fine I brought it in as it was under warranty. They didnt mention any issues but driving home, the driver button for the window didnt work at all! I called but could only leave a message that my car window worked when I brought it in, now it isnt. The next day I called the mgr. Rob, who told me to bring it back. When I picked it up, the passenger door wouldnt open. Once confronted, the mechanic admitted breaking the door and said theyd fix it. When the window part was in, I asked about the broken door they promised to fix. Rob said no one mentioned it, but the window coincidently broke while it was in the shop, even though it was working just fine when I brought it in. My cost to fix what his staff broke is $551 on top of $323 I paid. Had I not brought my car to them for a quick check of repairs under warranty, my window and door would be working fine today.

Has the repair been completed and you are seeking a refund, or does the repair still need to be done?

I am rejecting this response because:

The repairs have not been made and Lambs Tire & Automotive says they will not fix the window switch that their employees broke unless I pay another $550.95, in addition to the $323 I paid in **************************** when they returned my car, it was broken in new and different ways. Had I not brought my car to Lambs Tire & Automotive, my window and door would be working fine today.

****************, please do the right thing: fix my window and door latch, not at my expense, that were working when I brought my car to you.
