    My wife brought in our car to get a transmission fluid exchange. Upon talking to them, they talked to her into letting them look at it, which we did not want but I was at work and couldn't talk to them. She told them she needed the car back that day because she lived out of town and they said they would call her back by the end of the day, which they did not. The next morning, she has to call them for an update and again they said they would call her back and again they did not. She called back at 12:30pm and they said they would call back in 5 minutes which turned into over an hour. When they call her back they quoted her over $2000 for work that didn't need to be done. She told them she doesn't want that and only needs a transmission fluid exchange. When she went and picked it up, they ended up doing a transmission fluid flush and not the exchange and charged her for a flush. After this I called to speak to the manager, and he was already out of work, so I decide to go up there and again he was out of the store. After multiple attempts to speak with the manager, I decide to leave a review on yelp and ******* He then calls me and starts cussing at me, before I get a work in. Started calling my wife a liar because he says she approved the charges and he was standing right there when she did. My wife was never in the shop again after dropping the car off and she never received a phone call about how much the services would be or anything until she went to go pick the car up. He then tried to explain that a transmission fluid exchange and a flush are the same thing. I told him no there not and he starts mumbling his words and calls me a piece of s*** and a MFer and hangs up the phone. My wife and I are going to dispute the charges because they are not charges we agreed upon.

    I took our truck in for a coolant leak, Newmans automotive did inspection and a radiator cap and a clamp needed to be replaced. I agreed for them to replace those items, I picked up my truck with them telling me the leak was fixed. On the way home the coolant light came back on and the truck was leaking still, I turned back around and called and took the truck back. They stated they would look at the truck again to see why, waited all day on a Friday they never looked at the truck and was closed over the weekend. We needed the truck for work so we went to pick up the truck so we can take it somewhere else to get fixed instead of it just sitting there all weekend, we talked to the manager and owner ***** to try to get reimbursed or some money back since they did not fixed the truck. ***** did not give us a refund or make this right in any way and brought up an old repair they did last year that had nothing todo with this incident. We took the truck to another shop who ran the same test newmans stated they did and they found a more bigger issue. The truck had a major engine problem and was unsafe to drive. Long story short we had to turn in the truck because the repair was more than what the truck was worth. Newmans did not do what they said they did and over charged me for it.I spend less money at the other shop who ran multiple test and test drove the truck to make sure they knew the problem.

    *********************** is a long time family friend and I trusted that he would not do me wrong however after taking my car to him for a transmission replacement he installed a used transmission and falsely told my warranty company that he installed a remanufactured transmission. My warranty company paid him for install of a reman part which was over triple the amount he actually paid for a used one . My vehicle is not shifting correctly and I inquired about the warranty offered by ****** Auto and **************** said I had a nationwide warranty through Technet but when I called them I was told I do not have any coverage since they do not cover transmissions. I have attempted to relay that information to **************** and he has chosen not to answer me. I am now left with a used transmission in my car that I have no warranty on and I do not feel comfortable, taking it back to his shop, after his business practices have proved to be so shady and untrustworthy, there was no expense out of my pocket personally but my warranty company overpaid him grossly save my warranty company grossly overpaid him for a service not done the way he stated. He now is choosing not to communicate with me over this matter. I will say again I do not trust this business and will not take my vehicle there again but I cant be left with shoddy service and no warranty. I am requesting that he compensates me the amount he was paid by CNA for the repair he misrepresented in the amount of $5,691.21 so I can have the service done elsewhere as well as an additional $5,000 (********* total) for my stress and inconvenience and in the event I have any additional costs that arise due to this shoddy install by **************** . Total $********* is requested for *********************** to compensate *********************
