    They diagnosed my car and asked for $733.26 for the repair. They said they did program and changed the airflow sensor, but the problem was never solved. They erased the error code when I picked up my car and found the error code still existed. The issue came back again (or never solved) after two days and they asked for more money for irrelevant issues. So I went to AutoZone whose staff told me the whole airflow sensor issue Tuffy raised was irrelevant to my car. Apparently, this store did nothing or at least nothing useful but charged me far more than the problem could cost. And more seriously, they were trying to do that again to me on this. Therefore, I asked for a refund.

    Customer came in on 03/******* with check engine light on after his father attempted to repair car himself by replacing the Mass Air Flow Meter  , after completing the diagnostic of code P0101-Mass Air Flow Meter out of range.

    The new part the customer replaced was not preforming as designed causing the engine to run poor ,the installed part was not communicating with the cars computer properly.

    The correct repair was preformed with the correct Meter and due to the failure of the part the car computer had to be reprogrammed ,the cost of the program was $352.99 , we explained that we would cover the cost of the program but had to schedule a time for the programmer to be here which was 03/20-2023 at 12pm, this was agreed and appointment was scheduled.

    The day of 03/20-2023 the programming scheduled date , the customer did not show up for his appointment, we called and left a voicemail with no response from the customer 

    We still extend the offer to reprogram the *** (computer) at no additional expense , just need customer to respond and reschedule time for the programming
