      I purchased policy on 06/06/2022 and is active as of today. I have tried using the towing service many times, when vehicle is stranded. Today I called 6 times and due to their strong Asian accent do not understand. I was advise by the customer agent, the policy and contract is under a different name therefore I can't use the towing service. I was charged $280.00. As per agent it's under a different name and different address. I need an explanation

      I purchased a bumper to bumper 100k warranty from covert dodge. I took my vehicle in to the dodge dealership and they told me the issues are covered under warranty. A claims adjuster looked at my vehicle and denied the claim, claiming there is a 2 lift kit installed on the vehicle. The vehicle still has all original parts minus tires, battery, filters. There has been no modifications performed to this vehicle since being purchased from Covert Dodge. I am asking that this vehicle be fixed per contract and reimbursement given for loss of use. The adjuster made a statement in the report that the vehicle appeared to be high in the back. The truck is a ram 3500 with factory suspension. All of them ride high in the back. The vehicle is still @ the dealership. *** refused to pickup the vehicle until a 3rd party disassembles the vehicles suspension and takes photographs and makes a list of all factory installed part numbers and related serial numbers. I claim warranty misrepresentation and Im directly calling that claims adjuster a liar. I requested someone else inspect the vehicle I was told upper management denied the claim. If this attempt to resolve is unsuccessful i will be filing suit. The last 6 of the vin is ******

      started march 6,2023 the engine light come on had to it in and the tranmission was bad and they said they fixed it but when i pick it up I only drive 70 miles and the engine come back on and i couldnt even drive it had to get a wrecker to pick it up and take it back and find out when capital ***** fixed it they didnt even test drive it and i have proof to show, thry call an said they had it fixes now and they went to test drive it and call me back and said the light come back on and still not fix and now they order a tranission from a junk yard and put it in and still not work. now they said it needs a another part. and capital ***** said they show okay to get a rebuild one but the warrant department will not apppove of that. and now they are reviewing it now what to do about the tranission now and they are not tell me another. and we have been to capital ***** about 5 times to arguing with the manager about it and i have been with out a car for 3 weeks and capital ***** loaned me a truck to help me but they are wanting it back but my car is still not working its in the shop. i would like for the warranty department i have to put in a rebuilt tranisssion, not the junk yard one i have called about 25 times about this problem and i'm not getting anywhere. and i have talk to supervisor too and they say its under review and i still owe about $13,000 on with chase bank and i have never missed a payment and still dont have a car. i have been talking to a guy name ********************* at capital ***** and he says it needs a rebuild tranission put in. you can call him at ************ and he will tell you too. when i started talking to them about it was cover they said no it wasn't and put my dad on the phone and they started to say it was cover but i think they didnot because i was a lady talking to them. my dad is a retired auto mechanic for 60 years and has been talking to them about the tranission, that it needs a new one. if you need the receipt and a picture of the miles let me know i can email them.

      I purchased a car from ********************. I purchased the 2/24 bumper to bumper and Gap insurance. My car has been broken down in ******** ,******* since the 19th of Dec. I have paid for their services since purchasing the car and I'm still without a rental...I believe it's a scam between *** and the insurance co...I've had this car for a year the catalytic converter, harmonic balancer and now the piston going through the engine..they new this model burnt oil hence clogging the catalytic converter blowing the piston...

      My truck has been at the dodge dealership since 11/16/22 (12 days) waiting on an inspector to come and approve my claim. I have been inconvenienced with no vehicle missing work. The Dodge dealership called safeguard and was told that inspector was supposed to be out three different times and days the week is 26th and never showed up. I called safeguard myself on November 23, 2022 and was told that inspector would be by sometime the day off .The inspector never showed up ! I called today at 10 AM November 28, 2022 and was told that inspector will be by around noon and inspector never showed up! I called safeguard again around 4 PM and was told that the inspector should be by before the end of the workday, and the inspector still never showed up. I asked for a free rent rental because Im being inconvenienced and because theyre not following the contract which states that the inspectors are to come by and do the INSPECTIONS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE CLAIM which has not been done by the inspector! Im out of eight days of work no transportation to go to work and a loss of money and I paid $4000 for this warranty that I had only one year.

      I am rejecting this response because:I have a warranty I paid ***** and my truck is still in the shop and I dont have a rental or loaner vehicle. Im missing work and Im being inconvenienced 100% . 
      I need compensation!! Because my truck has been at the dodge dealership waiting on an inspector for close to two weeks. My truck is still in dealership shop with no fix
