      Placed an order with Premium Cabinets San Antonio location on 7/8/2022. Placed a deposit of $10,252, 80% of total cabinet order. I have been trying to contact the business for 2 weeks now. They will not return my 6 phone calls. Ive left 3 messages. Now the voicemail box is full. Ive sent an email. Ive even called and left messages for Premium Cabinets corporate but no one will get back to me. I went by the location twice but they are closed with a sign on the door that says it is due to a family emergency. They say to call or email and someone will get back to you, but no one does! I need a response and to know if Im getting my cabinets or my money back!

      Jan / Feb 2022 Ordered and paid cash for cabinets with him on a new build home. He delivered some of my cabinets and sent me a text on the first day of install that he was walking away from his business this was the end of May first of June 2022. I still do not have all my cabinets and I paid 19K for install that he refuses to do. It as a total of 62K and my home is at a stand still and is costing me monthly interest. This is the biggest mess ever and to add to the problem they will never answer an email, call or text. There are at least 50 people in my situation with this company

      We wanted to remodel our kitchen and contracted Premium Cabinet of ****** in Nov 3, 2021 and paid 80% deposit (around 27k). The new cabinets are supposed to be completed early January. There were delays and *********************, the general manager of Premium Cabinets of ******, has always made excuses. Fast forward June 1. We stopped by the shop and found out it is closed and the company went down. Many customers are looking for him. He is simply disappeared. Premium Cabinet has many locations and sells pre-built cabinets only. ********************* has gone rouge and started selling custom as well as pre-built. Premium Cabinet corporate insists its not their problem because its custom. We demolished our kitchen in preparation for the new kitchen cabinets. We have not had a kitchen for 2 months. This is a large part of our hard-earned savings. We simply don't know what to do.

      My contractor purchased these cabinets around February 2022 and they cost about $3K. There was a warranty item on one of the cabinets and the contractor stated that it would be replaced by the Premium Cabinets before they completed the work. The completed the work in mid March and they part had not been replaced. They attempted several time through out the next month to have the cabinet part replaced including my on and text correspondence. The week of May 2nd, it was determined that they part would be replaced on Friday, May 6, 2022. That day came and went with no repair or phone call to let me know that the appointment would not be kept. On Monday May 9, 2022 the contractor contacted the ***** at Premium Cabinets and she informed them that the part was lost and that no one on her staff let her know until that morning.The contractors went back and forth with ***** for several days with promises of the part being received and it was; then on the 18th I was informed that the part was received and that they would not be able to install it until the following week. I spoke with ***** my self at this point and she said she would do her best. When I told her that she needed to make this right. She just continued to let me know that she would make it right.Finally on the May 23, 2022 she let me know someone would be out that afternoon to install the piece, Then before they came out she said that the part was for a drawer and not a cabinet, so once again this was to happen. I spoke with ***** on Friday, May 27, 2022 and she said that she would schedule me for Tuesday May 31, 2022. Through out this process and kept letting me know that she would provide me updates at specific times and I would not hear from her. I would have to contact myself. So on tuesday when I had not heard when I would be scheduled I contacted her one final time and she put me off again until wednesday. I have not received a response.

      I paid a $8,975 for cabinets in April of 2022. ********************* is a thief and has taken our money. After posting on this on ********* I discovered that there are a minimum of 17 other victims. STAY AWAY!
