I ordered a small yard flag with a display pole from USA Defender Store.On 11/02 (date ordered) I was charged $8.90 and $28.09. I am satisfied with my purchase and the quality. I ordered nothing else. On 11/02 they charged my credit card $49. On 11/16 I was charged $68.00. I called the company and was told they could not refund the $49.00, but would refund the $68.00 and will not be charged anything else. I still have not received a refund after 3 weeks but was told it would only take 3-5 days. I want the total refund of $117.00 replaced in my account. My experience says this company is deceitful and dishonest and without integrity. Thank you.Business response

On 11/1/23 I was charged $28.09, $49.00, $28.00, $9.90, by this company, despite the fact that I ordered a banner, & had expected to pay the shipping only, which I believe was the $9.90! Since that date, despite trying to reach them by ************* to no avail, I have now had $68.00 charged to my account 11/15/23, & $68.00 charged to my account on 12/15/23. I have no idea what this is for, & I do not want to be charged anything further. Also the only amount I expected to pay was the $9.90 for shipping. If this is not resolved, Im sure this company will try to charge me $68.00 on 1/15/24!!!!Business response

There has been a monthly charge of $47 for September, October, November, December on my credit card from USA Defender Store. I do not know why this is an occurring charge. I called and left a message to stop charges and asked for a refund to credit card. I also emailed this company. I bought a paperback book Operation Blackout through a infomercial and maybe this started a subscription without my knowledge. I really dont know. I do not shop this store on line and havent ordered anything from them. I want these continuing charges stopped.Business response

For the last 2 months that I know of in the first week of Nov and Dec of 2023. This company charges my credit card $47.00. I looked up USADEFENDERSTOREHELAUSTIN ** since this was on my statement. I noticed that it is a camping store ran out of an apartment in **. First of all I do not camp and I have NEVER ordered anything from your company. It seems company has stolen or somehow obtained with out my permission my credit card information and has set me up on a monthly charge. STOP IMMEDIATELY and refund what you have taken so far.Business response

I responded to a political ad offering a free flag for $7.95 only then was charged twice for $49 each time on ***************** I tried contacting and was only able to reach a third party customer services co. I have received no response from the message about the 2 $47 unauthorized charges. I have seen many other complaints against this company similar to mine so there is a definite pattern of fraud. I am requesting a refund asap!Business response
