I was billed ***** from my banking account and never authorized this transaction. Also charged **** from Nellup for shipping. I will be expecting a refund within 5 working days or I will take legal action along with a report to better business bureau.Business response

I authorized a payment of $4.99 and was charged an additional $32.19 2 times in which I didn't authorize at all I had to leave an email telling them I will be contact my bank and the local sheriff's department asap because they are trying to remove money of my bank card that I didn't authorize and will file charges in the morningBusiness response

They advertised a FREE item with $5.99 s/h. They sent additional items that I did not order and then billed me $48. Approximately 30 days later they billed an additional $47 for a membership that I did not order. I have attempted to contact their "24/7" customer service 4 times with no response.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I checked my CC statement and the $47.00 was refunded on 10/23/2023. I am satisfied with this result. Thank you all

I clicked on an Ad in Instagram and it said if I took the poll that I would receive a free flag. I took the poll, then was directed to a site that asked for my shipping and billing information. I filled these out then received a billing receipt. I was shocked at the total because I was told I only had to pay for shipping. Come to find out that there were several boxes already checked and that I actually ordered four different items. I looked up their customer service information and sent an email with a copy of my receipt asking to have the transaction canceled. I have not heard anything back from them. The following day I tried to find the Ad on Instagram with no luck so I decided to look online. I have found multiple email addresses for this supposed company that are either non existent or not replying.Business response
