    I purchased a large print and it came warped. It also was not what I was expecting or what was advertised. On the main page on their website it says oil paint art. Once you start to go through the purchase part they sneak in that it is printed not painted. Most people wont see this fine print detail, like myself and a lot of others according to the reviews, and will be expecting an oil painted art piece like they advertise on the home page. Since mine came damaged I just wanted a refund. They said they will not give a refund. The product is damaged and I would like a refund not a replacement. They didn't even agree to give a replacement (because the cheap quality) yet even though its clearly warped in the pictures I sent. Again I would like a refund since this cost me $198 and it came warped and not as advertised.

    I am rejecting this response because:I ordered the painting through your website. If you third party it then you need to follow up with them. My PayPal receipt shows PTA CORPORATION. It was all through your website.I have invoice number if its needed.

    You can dispute the charges with your credit card company if needed as we are not able to process a refund on our end, as we are not the company that the print was ordered with.

    I ordered several canvas prints, and the quality of the large print was really, really bad. The border of the print is not at all aligned with the edges of the front of the canvas, and it looks unprofessional and unusable. It is not the same as the print that I ordered. I ordered one with a white border - and this one's border is completely messed up. I wrote to the customer service team I would like to return this product because it is not the quality that I am comfortable displaying in my home, and definitely not worth what I paid for it. I paid $326 for this item and $108 for shipping, and I requested a refund for both. I am happy to return the poor quality product or destroy it. Easy Canvas Prints customer service offered me to order ANOTHER one, paying MORE money for a reprint. WHAT? Then, they offered me $90 discount consolation. No - I did not receive the product I paid for, and I want a complete refund of the $326 and the $108. I also believe that Easy Canvas Prints has knowingly designed their website to scam customers. In my final shopping cart, the Subtotal was $423 and on the very next page - the checkout page that starts with a sub-total and then adds on shipping and taxes - on this page my Subtotal was $460. I have screenshots of this. When I brought this up to Easy Canvas Prints, the customer service team did not understand and kept replying that "sadly" they can't help here. This is misleading a best and illegal at worst - to show one price on one screen and then when nothing changes or gets added, to increase the price on the next screen.

    I do apologize for the bad service you experienced. We strive to make sure our quality of products is high and valued by our customers. We will be happy to work with you on getting this resolved, however we have not received photos of the canvas you are describing. Once we receive the photos for review, we will be able to determine if there was a printing issue. At that time we will be able to either provide a full refund if the printing issue falls on our end or a partial refund up to 70% for that canvas if it printed correctly. You are more than welcome to give us a call once you have submitted the image in.

    For the price you were seeing there was a promotional code applied at the time of the cart. We run different promotions on our website throughout the week, We have requested the promotion that you were seeing at the time of the order being placed to make sure you have the correct promo applied on the order. We have not yet received that information from you.

    I am rejecting this response because this business has illegal business practices.  In the end, they sent me a partial refund of eighty four percent of the amount I paid for this defective item.   They would not refund the shipping charges that I would not have been charged with if I had not purchased this defective item.  They also did not refund the sneaky, unexplained, ten percent upcharge that - without giving any notice to me in my shopping cart screen - they increased the subtotal between screens on the final check out screen.  

    The customer service representatives heard me say that these business practices are immoral and illegal, and that I do not feel listened to, I feel tricked and misled.  In response to that, their next email said, "Thanks for your feedback, I will be sure to share this with our production team here."   Cheating customers, having illegal and misleading business practices that takes money from your customers that they did not agree to pay - and then refusing to give it back... this is not something to "share with the production team,"  this is illegal!  

    In short - I would NOT recommend anyone use this business.  Unprofessional is an understatement.  What a complete waste of time and money I spent on this.
